Theirs two Asian ladies in the morning a older lady and a younger lady.the younger lady is more polite .she never talks not sure if she speaks English.the younger one is more polite.her custermer service is OK.I like the donuts .I just Dont like how the older lady acts.

Review of Boba tea only..... I ordered boba milk tea and had to throw it away in the garbage because it was inedible. I went to a real tea house/boba shop and told them about my drink. The guy said I was the 6th person to report how bad the bubble tea was at bosa.

I love bosa but this location didnt hit a home run like 3 other locations Ive been too.....that being said it was late at night for my first trip here. Still great donuts, just have improved on availability and customer service.

Their boba drinks are the best. Not all boba drinks are the same. Their donuts are larger and tastier than anyone elses especially dunkin. Hand down if you want a high quality donut or ham croissant go here!

One of the only doughnut companies left in the valley that is worth eating at. the only fault i can find with them is a lack of french crullers. Better than Krispy Kreme, better than Dunkin.

Locked bathroom makes it a nice place to go when you gotta go. Grabbed a hazelnut coffee it wasnt the best but "ok". 24 hrs makes it a versatile place to go for morning items.

Their donuts are good, but I wish they had a more consistent drink selection. No diet snapples, and they changed their selection of chocolate milk. It seems very inconsistent.

I only am rating them so low because they only make fresh donuts once a day(or if it is twice the second one is made after 11pm and their first batch is made in the morning).

Donut was very good, as all Bosa donuts seem to be. Boba tea was terrible. Will not do that again here. Boba was the same consistency as overcooked eggs. Ugh.
