The guy that was on the night shift did a terrible job making my drink. He just added powder and milk and the consistency was terrible. My drink was full of powder. I went back in to get my refund and he stated couldnt give me one because the manager left no money. So he made another drink and it was extremely sweet. I was so angry. I think it is very unprofessional to have employees barely trained working by themselves. I called the manager the next morning to let her know. I will probably never go back after having that experience. .

They have the best donuts in the valley. Delicious and made quite bigger. Much better than Krispy Kreme or DD. My only complaint is I always ask for easy ice for my iced coffee and they repeatedly still put in too much ice. This is quite annoying as I dont want to order a cup of ice! So Ive decided Ill get me donuts at Bosa and iced coffee elsewhere.

Very nice cashier, and the donuts are the usual BoSa donuts. Good quality and size. Great hours. My only issue was that a poster on the wall says Thai iced tea with boba and shows a price... But that price does not include boba. Seems like a weird thing to do.

The smoothies are just milk powder and ice. They dont even taste real or have a good flavor to them. Wish i would of known before i had bought it.

This place is awesome. Who knew they made donuts better than Krispy Kreme. Its would be way better if they served pizza. All in all 10/10 IGN.
