Weve always liked Daylight Donuts and have frequented their establishments for years. Last week was our first time purchasing donuts at the Thanksgiving Point store and it was a disappointing experience. Their donuts were not the usual quality weve come to expect from Daylight. They tasted old, they were dry, they were small, and the old fashioned donuts had been in the frier too long on one side so they were saturated in grease. Very disappointing. We most likely wont visit this store again.

I normally love these donuts! But the hours say they open at 6 am, when I got there this morning at 6:15 am, they still werent even ready. Half of the donuts werent even on display, the door was locked and the sign wasnt turned on. If youre going to advertise being open at a certain time, you should probably be ready to go at that point.

The donuts are good, not great. Nothing much better than what you can get at Harmons or from Dunford. In fact I prefer Dunfords coconut. The customer service is great! The guys by the counter are the real reason I come back.

I always arrive just after 6am, so they are still warm. Good selection, ok service, but if I had to arrive in the middle of the night to make donuts, Id be tired and not at my best either. Average 5-6 visits to 2 locations.

Get in early for the best choices. I love daylight donuts! Their old fashioned donuts are amazing. I also really like their maple bars. They usually run out around noon, but theyre selection starts to run out after 9.

I love daylight but the kid working behind the counter didnt know what he was doing. Ill be using different locations. Train your people to know the difference between cream and custard.

Very Good doughnuts. Not as good as Banbury Cross but much better than Crispy Cream (excluding the fresh glazed).

Can be pretty busy in the mornings but the doughnuts are very good and the staff move the lines fairly quickly.
