Pet Club is a nice little store with a good selection of products for dogs and cats. The reason I actually stopped by was to get some tropical fish food since its a hassle to drive up to the Petsmart on Raintree Drive. Pet Club does have a very limited quantity of fish food and aquarium chemicals but unfortunately no decorations or actual fish. They had the tropical flakes I wanted so everything worked out okay. This store is definitely geared toward dogs and cats and theyve got plenty of selection for those animals. Pet Clubs prices are lower than Petsmart on the items I compared (a couple selections of dog food and my tropical fish food), couple that with the fact that this is just down the street from my home and a much more convenient place to shop and youve got a winning formula. The two staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

What makes this store score an Excellent is the service. Short of the Vet caring for my dog, Pet Club Sheas staff know more about my dog Basuiat and my over the top expectations. More importantly, the staff knows everything about each product they offer. The parking lot itself, albeit out of Pet Club Sheas control, is a major challenge. A challenge i am willing to meet head on just to visit with the staff!

I first went into this store looking for a specific food for my dogs. When I entered the store there were no employees to be seen. I finally found one, who apparently "manages" the store, I believe her name was Heather, and she was too busy to help me. I was left to wander the store and look for myself. I will never return to Pet Club, Petsmart will continue to have my business.
