At first I thought great, smaller independent .. The reality is they are very discouraging. I have bought a few bags of one brand as recommended by my vet in Sedona - I go there and stock is none other than small bags for my choice/flavor that my dogs were used to. They had no stock in the back room, hence I asked what they could do price wise for a couple the smallest bags. NOTHING! With that I asked about their closest store as I had no choice. Those stores were a bit distant but again, I had to go there as I was running out of food and could not buy another brand /flavor , as that would most likely make my dogs sick. Yikes ! I am running between 2 jobs and they would not help. Okay, I took my lunch asnd was late for my next job because my dogs are so important - no where after work I could buy. I go to a store in Gilbert, find the product and what do they tell me, for the rewards I needed to go back to the store I registered at . This is ridiculous !!!! On another note, since I am registered with them, they send out this e/mail about their dog Washes. Well, dont get your hopes up as I could not find one with a dog wash and I must have made 5 phone calls. The staff try to help but they are misinformed and have no knowledge. IAM DONE WITH THIS LOUSY OPERATION ---DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO BE DISAPPOINTED !

This Pet Club has knowledgeable, helpful employees that go out of their way to be sure youre well taken care of and get the best deal. Whether its to enroll you in a loyalty/ frequent buyers program or to point out excellent products that might be a better buy or better for your pet if it has any issues that might be food related. It all starts with the manager, Nicole, who is amazingly well-informed and provides exceptional service. Ive also witnessed her on several occasions taking her time to further the training and knowledge of her staff so that they can also provide top notch service. Couple that with unbeatable prices, great selection and youve found THE place for pet food and supplies. I drive by several other similar outlets and national chains (one just a few blocks from my home) to shop at this Pet Club and you will too if you give it a try.

update 2/28/17: Things have gone down hill big time. After visiting several times, I have concluded that the service is lousy and they are always out of the products I need. The staff is not very knowledgeable especially when it comes to the over priced chicks they sell. The staff is also great at making you feel like youre interrupting them. No thanks! I do not recommend this pet club. I would rather drive to the queen creek one on power before getting anything here. Old: review Three stars for having chickens in stock when I need them. This place use to be the best place around when you had questions or concerns. Now, its a different story. The kids that work here have no clue about anything they sell or pricing. They also do not make an effort to find out.

I found this store quite by accident - just driving by while working. Stopped in and at the time they had 44 pound bags of Iams on sale for 19.99. The price started to climb and maxed out at $29.99, which is still a great price for Iams. But then they started having Nutra on sale - $19.99 for a 35 pound bag. I think Nutra a much better dog food than Iams, so I switched my dogs to Nutra. Last visit there was a couple of weeks ago and the Nutra had gone up to $22.99. Im all about price. They usually have other dog foods on sale there too, such as Science Diet. Anyway, thats pretty much all they do - sell animal food and some accompanying treats. They some refrigerated treats as well. Great store and nice employees, highly recommended.

This store never has what I need. When I ask the staff questions they cant answer them. I called in and asked if they had eye antibiotics and they didnt have any. They never have this product in stock. When the phone gets answered, if it ever gets answered, sound like they hate their job. I hate shopping here and will never come back. I used to buy my dog food, horse feed, and fish flakes here. The birds that they get in are always sick. The food containers are always full of bird poop, the same with the water. The water containers look like they dont ever get dumped and refilled. The usually have up to 100 chicks stuffed into a stock water container. They dont care about the chicks, all they want it money. Dont shop here!

I love the Pet Clubs in Mesa, Apache Junction and Chandler. I have never had anything but excellent service and someone there were familiar with their products. I like Pet Club for their low price on dog foods. My Beagle loves his BLUE and the price was right. A-One for products AAA Service Second to none for Quality

Marissa was a great help! She helped us pick out some tick and flea supplies for our Miniature Dashund, she put us at ease and told us what to do how to use the product she was a lifesaver. I will definitely be back!

Bein pet vaccinations on the fourth Friday every month from noon until 2 pm. $15.00 for the vaccination Plus 25 to register with the county.
