Not a fan of the customer service here. I typically go to this location, but went there 3 times in the past two days and was not happy. My dog slipped out of his harness so I was looking for something different. I got help from someone whos a rep for a dog food company who was only there to give samples and did not work for pet club. Since she was helping me, the people at the counter didnt try to help me which is their job, not hers. I bought a collar, got home and it was too small..came back exchanged it and it didnt ended up working well for us, so I brought my dog in to return the collar and try on a harness I saw. The cashier came around the corner and saw me and my dog, who is a small bulldog and she jumped as I dont think she knew my dog was in the store, he got scared so he barked and growled and she hid behind the shelf and seemed scared of him. Because of that I didnt get any help and chose to just return the collar I bought. She asked her manager for help and did what she told her to; I only got $1 back which was the difference I paid for the original exchange. So I then had to wait longer for her to refund the money I actually paid. Meanwhile the manager was standing there hanging out by the dog food talking on her cell phone on the sales floor. No thanks, I will not be returning.

I loved coming to the store and also bringing along my two dogs so they can pick out their treats for the week and also buy their Origen dog food. Until we decided we should by the younger pup his very first dog tag. So we did the paper work and the cashier said they were closed on Sunday so Monday they will send in the paperwork and it will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. 2 weeks passed by and still no dog tag from Red Dingo and so i called the store and until the 3rd day the manager calls me back explaining to me that somehow when they faxed the paper work it didnt go through so now I have to wait another week for my dogs tag. Which is unexceptable so if anyone ever buys a dog tag make sure to call them the next day to ensure the paperwork went through.

I have 4 dogs and buy a 55lb bag of food every 3 weeks. I drive passed numerous pet stores to get my preferred brand of food at this store and have been doing so for a year. However, they are frequently out of stock. I get told to come back on another day. Which I do, but they are out again (or still out - its unclear). This has happened on 5 different occasions. Ive tried to talk to the teens that work there but they dont know much about comparable food or when my food is expected or if a bag can be held for me. Ive switched to a store with better customer service.

I went to this store because the price on the cat & dog food I like is so much better here than at Petco or Petsmart, HOWEVER, if you dont have cash, credit or debit, dont bother; they dont accept checks. I discovered that the Petco across the street does price matching, though, AND they accept checks. Problem solved for me; customer lost for this Pet Club.

I went here looking for puppy food for my large breed shelter pup. The employee showed me a handful of options and explained what the benefits were of each and made some other suggestions that would help my new puppy thrive. She gave me a ton of samples for my other pets to try as well. I love the natural foods and how knowledgeable the staff is!

The staff is friendly but Ive been stuck on the same bag number and cant get my free bag to save my life. I came here to get my dog food from day one. If their computer is right on how much my dog ate, my dog would be dead right now. Something is going on with their system and it works in their favor so you never get that free bag of food.

I have shopped at this store for the last several years and will NEVER go back except to return everything I purchased today! The store was a mess and the cashier Grace was extremely RUDE!!!

Great store! The staff is always so friendly and kind. They are akways more than happy to talk about your pets to help you find the right diet for your dog, fish, cat, or ferret!

Friendly staff. Pets are allowed inside, which is fun for our dogs. Its a small store, so they sometimes run out of items.
