The staff was very professional and helpful. They offer quite a range of products from dog beds and natural food to medication and supplements, with lots of choices for most items as well. Good prices, nice clean atmosphere and pleasant staff made for an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning to Pet Club, especially since there are a few locations closer to where I live. I would rather support a smaller company than the larger chains anyways!

I was disappointed that I was supposed to get credit on my purchase of the Fresh Frozen Raw Dog food, towards my Free one, and they said, "Well, sorry, you wont get the credit on this, cuz the systems doesnt seem to be working .... " not the service I would expect from my usual location, when buying this food...
