These guys are as good as it gets! I love the inventory. The people who work at the shop are super friendly and know how to address concerns about your pet, and know how to refer you to specific products to help. Also, we have a long-hair snowshoe kitty-cat who is just miserable in the summer months. After talking quite a bit with their groomer, we decided to take the plunge. I have to say the cut was incredibly beautiful, but more importantly, she was so calm and happy when I went to pick her up. Im talking about an indoor C-A-T who has not ever met anyone else but us after being adopted, what??! I LOVE THIS PLACE and would recommend it to every person who is lucky enough to have a sweet pet!

They are so friendly and knowledgeable! I had my dog groomed regularly at another establishment. He always came back nervous, itchy, and sad. I just thought his sensitive personality had to do with it and he just didnt like being groomed. I decided to try Healthy Pets grooming and asked them to used their mildest soap and conditioner. They listened to my concerns and wishes. He was happy, perfectly groomed, and hasnt stopped to itch once! I am so happy to have found Healthy Pets and will continue to use them.

I seriously love this place. Every employee is very nice. So helpful, cheerful and you can tell they really love their job. When they are able to, I always walk away with extra free stuff (e.g. treats, accessories, new samples of food to try) I truly think they are the best pet store in all of Salt Lake County. I try my hardest to support local business. Even when I may get a product cheaper somewhere else, I usually opt to purchase my dog/cat food from Healthy Pets Mountain West. Strongly recommend.

Healthy Pets provided us with great service! Self dog wash area is clean and they offer all the tools needed to wash your dog. Afterwards I grabbed treats for my dog and they said it was on the house! Dont forget your punch cards! I also took my dog there for grooming. Nikki was great! I picked him up and he was happy, super soft and smelt wonderful. I will be back! Everyone there truly are dog lovers!

This is a gem!!! We found this place by chance about 2 years ago and continue to be impressed each time we visit! I have two giant dogs and their self-serve tubs have made bathing them a breeze! The staff is friendly, the products are incredible, and the prices are great! We LOVE this place! Thank you Healthy Pets Mountain West!!!

This is such an awesome store! They have great costumer service and tons of healthy food options for your pet. I recently got my Yorkie groomed here by Shelby and she did an amazing job! My little guy is not the easiest to deal with but with Shelbys awesome energy he did great. I will definitely be going back.

This place is awesome! The staff are great and my dog gets so excited when we get there. (Until she gets into the bath tub) but we love the self service dog wash and the shampoo that comes with it makes her fur so soft without being charged a premium for specialty shampoo.

What a great experience. Priced competitively and the staff is very knowledgeable. They gave me some food to try for my dog because we are trying to figure out an allergy or skin sensitivity issue. This earned my business for a long time.
