I’ve shopped there a number of times in the past fifteen or twenty years and have always found what I need for my repairs and best of all “good advice” from knowledgeable helpful employees working there. They have a huge selection of nuts, bolts, screws, etc of all kinds making it easy to deal with most every repair I’ve taken on around the house. I especially like the large inventory of products displayed in a manner that makes finding just what I’m looking for easy and quick. This ACE has everything at a price equal to that of the bigbox stores plus or minus a few cents; bigbox stores wastes more of my time for the little saving that they might have on a needed part.

I went in to get a 60 cent washer and received remarkably excellent service! Russ (I believe his name was) showed enthusiastic and authentic interest in what I was trying to achieve and pointed me to exactly the thing that would do the job. I ended up browsing in the store and picked up some additional Russ-advised things as well as some hard-to-find handy items. So I bought way more than I originally intended but I felt good about doing it. The staff here is helpful beyond description and deserving of praise and business!

I am a landscape contractor. I shop at Ace Hardware all the time. I will never go back to this particular location. I needed some prices so I stopped in. I was followed the whole time like I was a criminal. I asked if I could use the restroom and the employee was so unprofessional with his response that I left and vowed to never go back to this location. I do a lot of work in the area and I now go out of my way to go the The Home Depot or Lowes.

Ace is still the place! I prefer Ace to the huge home improvement stores because the service seems to be a bit more personal. This location is always well staffed and the few times they didnt have what I needed, they were eager to research it in their online catalog for special order or in store pickup. Car keys with electronic chips were cut for me in mere minutes, and they let me test them before I paid for them!

I went to this ace hardware today. The help at the register was extremely lacking. They refused to punch in my card number. The two older women working at the cash register not only didnt know how to use newer cards with chips but were also very rude. I could have went to the store next door and got cash back but decided to take my business to another store. I wouldnt come back here or recommend this store.

All the employees display Excellent Professional Services with a can do attitude. That make shopping there a lovely experience. Most of all they carry everything and very helpful with anything.Location is prefect ,just around 5he corner from my home. I rate them 5 stars because they are a 5 star business !!

Sometimes they are actually cheaper than the big guys. Service is fine. some of these people have worked here for years and know their stuff. The main thing is convenience. Their nuts bolts and other bits and pieces are always well organized and in stock. Im a 35 year customer.

Ace has been at this location for as long as I can remember. They always have people ready for questions . It is nice to walk in and ask what isle something is located on rather than wasting time looking down every isle. Ace is the place....

I went to buy a spare mailbox key, and not only would the key not go further than halfway into the lock, but it completely jammed the lock and i ended up having to pay to have it rekeyed just so it would work properly again. Never going back
