I tried to return a part that a client had bought. They sold her the part not knowing what type of shower diverter valve she had. They needed a receipt for an exchange when it said ACE Hardware on it. This is about the fourth time I have been in that store and they really have no idea what they are doing. Luckily there is a Home Depot right down on 59th just south of the 101. I was able to exchange a couple things there today, one without a receipt
