What just happened??? Just called to check on an online order we placed 3 hours ago. Ive always had very quick turn around (1 hr at most, in other stores) with online orders for in store pick-up, so for 1 item, 3 hours seemed kind of long. Some guy answered the phone "hello?". I asked if Id called HD because that greeting was odd for a business. He said "hang on, I cant hear you. Hello?". Long story short, the guy had no clue how to even put the phone on hold, let alone look up an online order. After 5 mins of his weird fumbling & laughing bouts, I gave him the order number a 3rd time, then he thought he put me on hold, but didnt. He went on & on to someone about random stuff, then a lady gets on the phone sounding like I was being a witch & says, we dont have a computer near us, Ill call you back in 15 mins. That was it. So I called the HD ph # back & pushed to reach cust svc instead of online orders. Night & day. She told me the order hadnt been picked yet but would get it going so we could come get it. 10 mins later, the first lady calls back & says she cant find any orders with the order number I had provided. >>Insert facepalm here << WOW! Get it together Tramonto! That first phone call was unreal & Im still in disbelief. So sad.

We are working on major upgrades to our home. Went to HD at Tramonto. I had questions, so I approached two staff workers, a blonde lady (working register #1) with pony tail and young man stacking plywood. They were engaged in small talk. She asked the you man if he needed help. When he declined, they both walked away and did not acknowledge me whatsoever. I then approached to elderly gentleman who were staff. One was trying to repair a lock while the other watched. I stood there and the man watching just scowled at me, never said hello or asked if he could help. Just ignored me. So I left. Went a few miles to Lowes where I got what I needed and staff were very courteous and helpful. At Lowes I never had to ask for help because several people asked me first ! Closing my HD credit account now. Im done with Home Depot. Terrible customer service.

The people who work here, dont like to work for money?? There not helpful smiling people.. I needed a core puller to replace a moen cartridge. After not being able to find the part myself I asked for help...10 minutes go by......NOTHING...I EVENTUALLY FOUND the danko core puller myself....nobody asks you if you need help?? Your better of just ordering the stuff on Amazon...the PEOPLE on there can help you a lot better...to find the parts you need and advice on how to do the repair job....RETAIL IS DEAD...BECUASE OF STORES...AND STAFF LIKE THIS...

Several things about HD have annoyed me for years, but the most unacceptable is that they employ teams of people to move stuff around every night. I have no chance of finding needed items I routinely purchase, HD associates often have no idea where things are either, and the HD app is a cruel joke that misleads seekers while taking enormous amounts of time. I am a General Contractor who spends about 100K per year there and I dont even try to find stuff any more, I let the associates bear the burden.

Always very helpful here. Bought 6.00 worth of screws, and an associate took the 5 mins to help me. I was going to buy the wrong screws. I have purchased all of my home improvement needs here since. I had a bad experience, and was treated rudely, and very unhelpful at the Chandler store in 1998. I became a card carrying Lowes shopper thereafter. This Home Depot is closer than Lowes, and has provided better service, so I have lifted my boycott, and have become a frequent shopper.

The service is a disaster! Hasnt gotten better in 7 years of using this location. Most staff lack basic knowledge of the areas they cover and make very little effort to assist with simple questions. If they actually take the time to answer a simple question, its usually inaccurate. I would go to Ace in Anthem and pay a little more to get decent service and accurate answers. Lowes in Cave Creek also pretty good. Never going back to Home Depot Tramonto!

Researched on-line. Store shows 6 ceramic pots 40.5" high. They do not exist in the store. I, Ray, (Annes husband) took time out and made special journey to buy 1. This is not a local store. Time spent and distance travelled are not the problem. Issue is ------ Scott the garden manger seemed to quite enjoy implying I had never seen the items on their site and really didnt want to help in any way. Lowes next stop!!!

Went to by new toilet for mother-in-law that is taller. She has issues with getting up. Ask the difference between the $200 and $100 toilet and had 2 different people read me the tags like I couldnt read and was stupid. Seems to me that in the bad economy you could find knowledgeable people to staff the departments. Not ignorant people with bad attitudes.

Its Home Depot, they had what I wanted and the staff is clueless as with any other Home Depot. I really like Home Depot but the staff is usually clueless when you need specialty items. I cant stand when they try to know what they talk about when clearly you dont. But this store always has what I need and its a clean store close by me.

Easy store to navigate and get in and out of quickly if you know what youre looking for. The garden department is large and offers a variety of plants. There isnt a lot of clearance items at this store, so if youre looking for a deal this probably isnt the place youre going to find a slightly dinged item for less.

I recently went to this store and found Justin in the plumbing to be helpful, considerate, and actually showed me a better way to build my project. I went in two days later and al in the appliance area was just as helpful, as were all of his colleagues.

DIY home improvement stores are so big anymore that the staff often does not know where stuff is. In the north valley this one is a lot better than the other big box & prices/selection better also.$The pro desk CS is lots better

The manager at this site needs to be fired. They are completely disorganized, employees dont know their jobs, and dont take responsibility. Now that I think about it, fire everyone and start over. I am headed to Lowes....

I prefer this Home Depot. The stock is maintained well and I can usually find anything needed for a project. As with any business in this economy, personnel will change and training is always an ongoing challenge.

Horrible experience from the start. They have lost our business for life. Everybody has their own answer as to what happens during flooring installation and the end result is that the costumer gets the shaft.
