Voy a esta tienda seguido me gusta casi todo lo que he comprado claro como en todas las tiendas algunas veces salen herramientas defectuosas pero ellos te las cambian sin ningún problema especialmente ellos venden una garantía que se extiende hasta por 2 años .muy útil a la hora de necesitar sin tener que gastar tanto por ejemplo yo compre una soldadora mig y me duro 3 años de ahí compre las más grandes que son la de 170 amps la vendi y ahora tengo la de 180 amps todas han trabajado muy bien incluso con mi generador de la 5000 whats.la verdad me gusta esta tienda lo único malo es que cuando voy no me quiero salir.

I am a mechanic that is new to the area where this location is located. I called to ask if they had any coupons or specials on a particular piece of equipment and the gentleman rudely told me to "hold on a second" as if I am wasting his time. A few seconds later an older woman picked up the phone and asked if she could help me, apparently having not received any information from the first person that put me on hold. After asking the same question again her answer was "we dont do coupons" which is strange seeing as their website has all kinds of coupons. She too spoke to me as if I was wasting her time. Ill take my business somewhere that treats me like they care I am going to spend money there.

D&L D&L

Bought a air sander. Defective. Telling me my phone number doesnt list the sander and I dont have a receipt. Ive bought tons of stuff from these people and know that the phone number should have had the part listed. Pretty sad when you can spend over $300 at a place and they wont compensate for their own defective part. Rude manager. Dont buy anything from these people because they clearly dont care about the customer.

The people there are very rude. The hispanic workers were throwing racial comments to the customers about another ethnic man that was walking around thinking that I did not speak Spanish. Hand tools are okay but anything electronic or mechanical I would avoid. Poor quality parts, but some stuff is pretty good for the price, especially their solid wheel barrow wheels.

I total agree with chris cook, I had same experiences with that Hispanic employee. , I can feel the disrespectful and depressing through his eyes. Oh, Come on. If you dont like the job,and just QUIT. I as a Harbor freight customer, I dont owe anything from you. I just purchase the product which Harbor Freight offer. DONT BYPASS YOUR UNREASONABLE FEELING TO OTHERS.

Good deals but cheap equipment. Anyone buying a generator to use on rv, beware. They only sell dual phase generators and you cant use it with 30 amp rv. Is you have pray that you have no put gas or oil on it or good luck with return. Staff is not overly helpful and will try to find a reason not to return it for you.

Well basically I bought a die grinder for 11.99 the thing works but the alignment sucks, so I figured is try their one for 24.99. Its a lot better but not as good as home depot 34.99 husky, you get what you pay for, so moral of the story if u know ull be using ur tools a lot but the more expensive.

Some of you need to get over your selfs. Trust me I do not go there for the service I go for the tools thats it, if they seem rude o well there going to point you in the right direction no matter what, its a tool shop not a drs office

The employees have been helpfull up to this point. They got quality tools at affordable prices but also poor quality tools aswell. Ive been going to Harbor frieghts for years and will continue to go.

The Hispanics workers were friendly to me, they were helping me with all the questions that I had.. ( I'm black ) and I didn't feel or see any racial comments at all.

Maria has a nasty attitude. called to see if something was in stock and they said yes they had it. when I got there they didnt end up having it.
