Your keys always work and the first time too. I have to return my keys to HD everytime. I wont go anywehere else Updated 2016 these guys go above and beyond to help me out everytime I go in there for a project. I need some I need a key hardware tools. I couldnt ask for a better hardware store near me. Ive gone into plenty of other ones and they do not hold a candle to these guys here at T&M Hardware. Also you cannot beat the prices. Thank you for your awesome service

Granted they have what you need ..... But! When your being fallowed around a store you shop at frequently its annoying they make you feel like your a thief. Thee older lady @ the register always has a bad attitude. Thee only time I have received good service is when Ive spent over $300 in plumbing supplies. The sad part is this store represents the store brand "ACE hardware" but does not live up to there friendly customer service.

The old man and old lady kept following me around peaking around corners like I was goin to steal sumthing then old lady gave me attitude after I gave her my bank card saying ur supposed to have ur id on u u went to ur car to get ur bank card u shod have ur Id she didnt ask for my Id she jus gave attitude about how it shod wit me at all times

got defective brass fitting. took it back and they had no replacements. got refund, but no apology. just a poor attitude from clerk. i want to like them because theyre the closest hardware store and not big box, but they wont be getting anymore business from me.

Nothing worst hardware store in the valley. They follow you around the whole store make you feel like a criminal. I always go in with my kids and the cashier checks my 5s to see if the are counterfeit. Remember this isnt ace hardware, so go to another ace.

Only problem was the older gentleman running the register is very slow and forgets your change often. When you have six people in line and only one lane open you have to be fast and cant make mistakes.
