I have purchased most of my appliances from home depot in california and never had an issue for the most part. Ive always felt i was taken care of. I just purchased a home and in need of a washer and dryer. I live in buckeye and have a Lowes close to my house. Since Ive always gone with home depot i decided to drive out of my way 25 min to go here. Sales guy in appliance set me up almost pressuring me that i needed to buy them that day if i wanted delivery by friday. I make it work and pay so they can squeeze me in for delivery promising me smooth delivery and installation. Come friday, driver lets me know about a huge noticeable scratch on front of dryer. He said he can take 50 bucks off that he is allowed to do so. I told him no i paid over 1000 for that unit i want one with no scratch. He then said they will order another one and they will call me to reschedule. Mind you its been a week already. I called the store and asked if they can leave and swap or if they can get from another store. I was told its a special order so i will have to wait. Not once say let us see what we can do. I later get a call from a "manager" saying they will try to get on 5/16. I called two appliance stores and they can deliver and install tomorrow. So i called back and decided to cancel and go somewhere else because i need a washer and dryer today. I was basically told they didnt know what the deal was about waiting till tuesday. And if I wanted to return I had to wait till Monday to speak to someone about return also not to use the washer or else it will not be return. So i have a washer i cant use. I never received the dryer and I dont know when I am getting my 2300 bucks. Sticking to lowes close to my house going forward. I am glad i cancelled my home depot credit card.

Worst customer service Ive ever had! I went into this store today to get some tools for work, I was at the pro-desk because I have a company account I use, I stood there for about 15 minutes to check out, I also had my 5 and 2 year old daughters with me. There was even a point where I had to sit down with both my children on the bench next to the desk because we had been standing so long. Not to mention there were two other employees that where behind some computers about 10 feet away from me, they could visibly see where I was standing and did nothing. No one was around to help me, no one came to the desk, so I wasted 15+ minutes of mine and my childrens time when it hadnt even closed yet (which signs say 6pm) since it was only about 4:45pm. After waiting all that time I just left my materials on the desk and left. Never wasting my time here again. Ill just go down the street to Lowes from now on!

Terrible customer service! Spent good money on a new washer and dryer. Original delivery date was three days after purchase. Took three weeks to actually get my appliances. Then despite the fact that installation was included in the hefty price I paid, I ended up having to install them myself. I made multiple calls to the gm Melissa and an appearance to the store during this nightmare of a purchase and not once was she willing to even speak to me. I ensured all my calls and visits were during her shift and got the cold shoulder by her each time. Left my number with the customer service rep they directed me too, in place of Melissa, so she could call me at her convienence and still no call. Ill be cancelling my home depot card and shopping at Lowes from now on.

Yeah.... I just needed a bras cap for a existing garden hose to eliminate it and one of the employer who works at plumbing (Andy who seems to loose touch with reality) sugested I replace it with a new one. Which I told him I dont need a new one just want to get rid of it. (Im not sure he knew what I was talking about...) but anywho... I know Im not a professional plumber but some of these guys here need to either get retrained and actually work in plumbing or try to understand what some people need instead of saying "yeah buy this, this and that and youre done!" and say things like "what is it youre trying to do and Ill see what you need"

Do NOT purchase a major applicance and have it installed by this place. Recently purchased a dishwasher and it flooded my living room due to a poorly connected water line. Home Depot hires GE to manage installations, who then hires Barlow, who then hires an independent contractor. When everything goes wrong, NO ONE takes responsibility. Ive spent hours on the phone and still have destroyed flooring in the biggest room in the house. We had to cancel family plans, and Im worried my family (2 young kids) will start dealing with mold issues because of this negligence.

I just bought some irrigation replacement parts, a simple pressure regulator, in December, went back today, they dont carry that line of products anymore. What a joke, the old pressure regulator was around $6.00, now the parts cost over $15.00. I wonder why home Depot decided to go the more expensive route, and how long will it take for them to change product lines again. I also wonder is this because of the new minimum wage laws. I cant blame home Depot very much for that, stores and service industries must do whatever they need to stay profitable.

Went there on black Friday and they gave out the wrong maps to search for the sale items, besides the store being expected chaos on that day, there was a short loud mouth chubby manager whom seemed to talk extremely loud and liked to make himself heard on the microphone, he was very cocky to the customers the whole time. Someone needs to send that stubb back to laying bricks in construction. Little man syndrome reeked all over the place, should of bought him the 4 ladder so he could get into his truck after shift. They were only $19.00

Dang the lady at return service she was rude as hell I was just exchanging an item an she tells me what wrong with it. I toll her nothing it just the wrong unit I just want to get the other one an she say did u rip outhe the cord I look at her and why would I rip out the cord . She say most ppl do wtf bet if I was white she would treat me like that. Idk just bad experience today it a awesome place tho

Jacob at the return desk was very respectful and was working very hard but his manager Steve was poor at customer service and was not willing to work... I was returning some items and waiting patiently for assistance, Steve just looked at me until jacob was free to help me... The worst manager I have ever witnessed but maybe Home Depot likes mangers to just stand around and watch employees work...

If i could rate a zero i would! I was soooo pissed when i was there. I had to order 3 interior doors for my house..and the whole process was very frustrating.. no manager was available! Their system needs some updating! Poor associate couldnt get my order thru til he did it about 10 times and there were just way too many problems! I will definately be going to Lowes next time i need something.
