Unless youre over 60 years old do not expect to have even one of the workers there talk to you or offer to help you or even acknowledge your presence I went in there looking for a simple item that all hardware stores carry knowing that they would have it so I could fix some irrigation for a customer of mine I was so frustrated by the time I got done that the only thing I wanted to do was get out of that store I will never go back to that true Value again try to ask three different people where to find the product that I was needing could not get any kind of response from any of them not even a hello or just a second please

They are our go-to hardware store. Wonderful and helpful staff. Always willing to help find what we are looking for. And if we need advice on how to replace or fix anything -- Always someone to help and explain how to do it. We love True Value in Sun City West.

Generally good place to go for hardware, plants, etc. and .... stuff you dont need but you have a hard time resisting. Service is generally good. If you dont get assistance, go to the checkout desk and ask them to send someone to assist you. Shrug.

Service, service, service. They go beyond helping you find something. They now offer a Military Discount. I bought a BBQ Grill, they put it together, delivered it and briefed me on all functions and warranty.

Slow slow service. Waited over five minutes to have a security tag removed from a flashlight before having to walk out. Staff by retirees who move in slow motion.
