I baught a low voltage transformer this last march the breaker kept going on so i returned it for warranty. They looked up my account and said that they couldnt help me out that I would have to go directly to the manufacturer if i wanted a warranty. What ever happened to customer service!!!! I loved going to Ace instead of the big box stores. Im getting ready to do a remodel on my house where im sure ill be spending a lot of money on those little things you need but i will not be going to Ace. They probably paid $20.00 for this transformer as it only cost $59.95 new. So instead of taking care of me as they should have they chose to loose a good future customer over twenty dollars when i was planning on spending hundreds of dollars over the next 4 months. Your loss Ace.

Ace is not capable of cutting keys! Brought in a car key to have cut. The first guy cut it and it didnt open the car door, then he had me come back when another employee could look at it, as he had "better luck at Toyota keys" After the second time it didnt work. I returned to ask for a refund of $30 for the cutting. They refused to refund me and Im now the owner of an $90 key that opens nothing!
