If you value your time you might not want to shop here! Ive gone to this store twice since coming to Phoenix and had the same experience both times. The breakdown always starts at the register. For some reason it takes every employee in the store conducting a committee meeting to help a customer with anything outside of a standard purchase like for example...a return. The normal practice of scanning barcodes and pushing buttons doesnt get them over when doing a return, they actually have to be knowledgeable! Since they dont know about the products or processes in their store they have to gather all fellow employees and get a consensus on what to do. Then when that breaks down, which it must certainly will, they begin to try and get the manager on the"horn" who finally shows up and starts a training session with the bewildered register clerks all while youre waiting with your cheap Chinese junk that they should be overjoyed that you even showed up to buy! This is how business is conducted on the "low road!" Subtleties like customer service and knowledgeable employees doesnt exist and you can be sure they are are quite unapologetic or unmoved by your suffering at their hand! In fact they think it quite odd that you would even take issue at all and really defend their position because the thought of customer service never occurred to them in the first place! "How dare you scrutinise their little import tool "bizzar" masquerading as a proper American business (they got their mitts out to grab your "dough" though)! No, lay down that fight before hand because youll never win! Its like trying to explain light to a blind man. Some things just cant be. The only solution is to take the "high road," avoid Harbor Freight altogether, and take your business elsewhere. A little extra cost at Sears is worth not having to get the Harbor Freight headache!

Worst then Walmart , twenty people in line one cash register open . But the employees in front just chit-chatting away an no worries what so ever . An dont try calling the store cause no one answers the phone, Dont believe me try it for yourself . I gave them one star but because I have to but in reality they deserve zero , zippo .

Great products are ridiculously low prices Always on sale or always have coupons available, If you need a one-time tool and dont have very much cash thats place to go, It may not be the name brand people want but the quality is very good on most of there products! love shopping at Harbor Freight and I wont go anywhere else

Great selection of tools and much more. Excellent customer service, when you visit it feels like youre visiting a family store. I came in to purchase free items with coupons and they still treated me no different than any other customer. Let me browse around without too much interruption. Will definitely be coming back!

Every time I go to this store I am helped by some of the sweetest people I have ever met! Sometimes however there have been a few times where the person assisting is a jerk but the good time definitely outweigh the bad. I am super happy I have their membership card.

Service sucks........one cashier, 27 people in line with only one line open at a time. Slow, Slow, Slow. I try my best NOT to shop there, but some of the sales are tempting.
