Went to Home Depot a week ago to get a quote on blinds, get the windows measured, and have someone install. I went there first, looked at what blinds I wanted, then called them to set an appointment. The next day someone was there to measure. I had to pay $50.00 deposit just for someone to come out and measure which isnt bad because it comes out of the final price of install. After the measurement took place, it took half a week for someone to get back to me, then when they did... This happened. They told me the measurements finally came in to the department, and I would have to drive up there to pay for the blinds I wanted. I told them I would be there first thing in the morning. I went the next day with a check and paid. I was told I had to come back in a couple hours and get the blinds after they were custom cut. This was the only speedy part of this process. As soon as I got back to the office, not ten minutes later they called and told me the blinds were ready for pickup. Great! I drove back to the store. When I get there the employee told me she would let the installer know, and there was an amazing chance that the blinds would be installed the same day. This was now 4 days ago. The employee said if not today than the next day in the morning. So I waited... I waited till the next day..... Then yesterday, I decided to call, they said oh the guy that does the install doesnt pick up his phone after 4:00pm, We have left him like 6 notes now though, so sorry. I promise he will call first thing tomorrow to set the appointment. Its not 9:22am and I still havent received a phone call. YAAAAAAY. Looks like I have to call again. I mean. its not like i paid or anything. Which is another thing. On the phone yesterday talking to the employee, I had to tell him over and over the blinds are paid for and at my place of work ready for install. He told me he didnt see that in his records....sorry about that.

Fui a comprar piso fui servicio al cliente por que nesecitaba ayuda por lo que iva a nesecitar me dijieron que esperara 5 min y paso 30 min bolvi a pregutar y repitieron espere 5 min y pasaron uno hora durante una hora Nadie dio servicio asta que llame por telefono ala tienda se aserco una persona de mal modo y preferi irme sincomprar el piso para que les sirbe tantos empleados para un servicio que no sirbe disculpen pero es verdad

Great distants for us too. We ended up at Lowes yesterday and after another visit tonight to Home Depot, we will be Lowes customer. It is out of the way for us, but it seems we get the help when needed. Unfortunately, it is only little things that we need help with, but if the employee is not willing to check out the "storage"shelve on top, well we go where we get help. Boxes stored, turned around so that we cant see what is in them. Instead of getting a ladder we where told, its not what you look for. Too bad. We might not make Home Depot rich, but my husband is a cabinet/furniture builder and spends a lot of time in the stores. I know this will not help any, but I got my frustration on "paper".

Waited 20 minutes to have plywood cut. Then sat for another 20 minutes under covered area while they loaded up a flat bed. This is not the first time Ive been treated like a problem at this store. I gave it 2 stars for the check-out employees- always nice. The floor employees hate their jobs. Suggestion: Instead of trapping customers cars and glaring at us as we load a couple sheets of plywood and a few 2x4s, maybe you can lend a helping hand if you want us out of your way. This store operates with employee first, customer second attitude.

Home depot is great once youre in the store. Its dangerous work getting in. Once you park, hundreds of illegal immigrants run up to your car and start demanding money! Mexicans have made Home Depot look very bad. I remember going to Home Depot as a kid and me and my dad would spend hours in that store. Now, its just too dangerous to go alone. Home Depot is now the home of dirty, begging Mexicans. Lowes seems to do a much better job of securing their parking lots and keeping criminal Mexicans off the premises.

Asked 3 times for help in the kitchen faucet area. Needed to get someone, anyone to help get it down from top stock. Not like it was a $25 faucet, I would have spent about $500 in fashion plumbing but after asking and waiting for over 15 minutes, I took a picture of it and will order it from Amazon and all the other fixtures I need for my new house. And you guys wonder why Amazon is kicking your ass. Your customer service has gotten as bad as Lowes. Next.

Come here mostly for garden needs, wish they would sell the dying plants since they can be saved, but hopefully they make a mulch with it. Dont go inside much, but when I do, I am usually finding items on my own, but the employees do ask and seem to be working hard and are helpful. Not a fan of the day workers in outside that always wave me down when leaving. Other than that, Keep it up home depot.

Descent selection of product, terrible service. Over the years, Home Depot has stopped hiring experienced trades people. They are more concerned with the corporate quarterly statements and the bottom line that they hire inexperienced kids at minimum wage. Having worked for HD 20 years ago, I have to say the decline saddens me.

I love the store always have what I need. All of them the have very good customer service and always they said hi back when you said hi to them. BUT this store they have the worst attitude when you asked someone for help they use a bunch of excuses for not helping you And they always on bad moon..

I buy a lot of materials from this place for my business and almost always they have what we need if you find it n on sale there usually a bargain not five stars.jusr because can be so crowded.at.least.qhen I go and parking is rough but overall.relaible and good place for all.work needs

Great selection low prices but no discounts except to special paid annual membership and nothing for seniors and military members, current and retired. Quality is conditional to price. Discount is good for high volume or higher priced purchases.

Not enough sales associates assisting customers, and the ones that they do have, do not show a very helpful, customer-friendly posture. Some would just pass me by while I was trying to find a simple kitchen stool. Disappointed.

i just bought a new dishwasher & a hot water heater Mr.Jim C took care of it all...he listened first, answered all my questions. ( not to mention he got me great deal!!!!!) if you any help or expert advice hes the man!!!!
