They sold the lumber I ordered to someone else!--I went to Stone to get some lumber to build raised garden beds. They did not carry the lumber in stock, even though it is a fairly standard size. Nevertheless, I had them order it in because they said it would only be a few days and I want to support local business. They never called to say it was ready to pick up, but after a week I figured that was plenty of time and I went in to pick up my order. When I got there they claimed they had called 4 times and left messages even though not a single message had been left. I did not get to pick up all of my order because they had taken the liberty of selling part of the lumber to someone else. Needless to say, I am very upset with the way this was handled and how I was treated. I will not be returning to Stones.

Have used them in the past. When a mistake was made on one of our orders and we returned the item for credit they became angry very poor customer service even when it was their mistake. We therefore will take our business to a company who respects their customers.
