Have always loved shopping at HF! Unfortunately, this new NLV location is manned by EXTRAORDINARILY RUDE managers (both a woman and a man). Each give an atmosphere of yelling at customers like kids being punished. They HATE their customers and treat us like the enemy! We just want to make purchases easily and have the HF experiences we have enjoyed for years but NOT in NLV! Why does FH spent mega dollars advertising to get people in but destroy customer relations at the same time? Not Good Business Practices! Just PLAIN RUDE!

Tool are cheaper but they have gotten higher then they should I bought wrench set and the 5/8 wrench didnt fit but I had a Snap-On 5/8 wrench that did and I did wait in to line way to long they have grinders on sale and they would have grinder disk on sale but didnt fit the grinder dont get me wrong I do like Harbor Freight you have to be careful what is you buy.

The help here is useless. The lines are long. The quality of items is questionable. Quit being cheap and buy quality AMERICAN made goods.
