I have never bought anything from this home depot that I have not either had come defective, broke, or did not work as described. Out of the 3 visits I have made to this store, I have probably bought around 20+ items, all of which, if I did not return for defects, broke far before its naturally expected time. and I am someone who feels bad about returning items, and therefore only do if the item turns out to be a complete lemon! Besides this, it seems to usually stock the rare items that either take a certain level of poor judgement or taste to install in your home, or required for a very particular project. Finding standard, regular items in this store is by far the worst of any home depot I have ever been in. I am a regular shopper of the home depot, but you would have to pay me to shop at this particular one.

Recently I have had to spend a lot of time in Lowes and Home Depot because we are doing major repairs to a house we just bought. Every time I go into this home depot, the employees are very unhelpful. They are almost always standing around talking to each other and when I ask for help they will point me in the general direction but almost without fail they say, I dont know its not my department. I can never find anybody in "their department" for some reason. At Lowes just down the street, the employees are always willing to help. If you are in Nampa I would recommend going to Lowes over this Home Depot.

Customer service is very poor. I came in to get a door ordered and I brought it my own so I can special order one to match the rest of the house and I was wheeling around the door back and fourth from the front to the back where the doors are (this is very annoying the store is big and there are lots of people to move around). I would rather go to Franklin, they are way nicer there. The only reason I went there was because I had a gift card, otherwise I would not go there with any questions. The reason I have them 3 stars vs 1 was because I was able to get the door ordered.

My wife who has a degenerative muscle disease, bought a BBQ at Nampa Home Depot She asked them if they would load it in the back of the truck for her since she was unable to do it. They loaded it, and it fell out of the truck as soon as she left the store. They loaded it top heavy, and say that because she didnt ask them to tie it down, they couldnt replace the BBQ. Contacting the corporate office on Monday. Update: The assistant manager just called and refunded the cost of the bbq that was not tied down. Wonderful person.Thank you Sherry.

Its early but Im already thinking of Christmas. Last year, my family had a major problem that had killed two Christmas trees. We were at Home Depot and my sister asked if we were gonna get a tree. We didnt have the money to do so. A employee heard us talking about it, and stepped forward. He asked what was going on and almost in tears, my mom explained it. This man said, "Go pick a tree. Its taken care of." So when you are buying a Christmas tree, use your local Home Depot

You have lied the way the warranty works for a lawn mower I bought A3 year extended warranty Im having issues barely after the first year and I was told that all I got to do to bring the lawn mower back wheel fix it there at the shop thats a bunch of BS I now have to go through a lot more steps going to the manufacturer finding out that what I bought basically doesnt do a bit of good I just ate a $500 lawn mower I will never do business with them again

Military family moving across US. Home Depot cannot handle a simple measure and Qoute for flooring from one state to another. Spent over a month of my time dealing with incompetent people. At the age of 16 I could measure a house and give an accurate Qoute in a week. Pretty bad when assistant "managers" get involved and make things worse.....and when you confront their mistakes, they get butt hurt with their feelings. PATHETIC!

The Home Depot does its best; sometimes you get good service, sometimes you dont get any service at all and are left to wander the vast aisle wasteland of pipes, nuts and bolts. When I go, I usually head straight to customer service because Im guaranteed to speak to somebody and get a location for what I need; however the line can be treacherously long. Proceed with caution. That is all.

Always a bad experience. Most of the time they dont have what lm looking for, even though it is a common product that I can fine elsewhere if I want to drive elsewhere. The employees dont know about simple items.They also seem to play hide and seek. If you do spot an employee, they walk away whenever you walk towards them. Im a disabled Veteran and not able to chase them down

Do not go through Home Depot for any flooring project! Literally every step of the process has been delayed because of their incompetence and inability to keep promises/meet deadlines. The added stress is not worth the $.50 cents per sq ft you might save compared to a local solution. They truly do not care about their product or their customers!

We just left after waiting 45 minutes to get back to the mulch and other landscaping supplies. They were moving things around. When we checked out, the girl at the register took $20.00 off our purchase because we had to wait. We didnt ask and it was very kind of her. We love Home Depot and appreciate the customer service we received today!

The customer service is amazing and the current managing staff is very professional now.i will never shop at zamzows again because in that store their managing staff is very rude almost like they have some type of short man syndrome or performance issues that makes them act like they are over compasating for something else

Store set up is a nightmare you would think items pertaining to the same niche would be in the same area..not the case. Employees are clueless dont want to help and when they do help they have an attitude. Home Depot has been boycotted id rather pay 50 cents a square foot extra for flooring than deal with these clowns.

I love this Home Depot! The employees go above and beyond and management is amazing! You can ask an employee where a particular item is at and you can choose to have that employee follow you around to help you with the rest of your items or projects.. Way better service than ive ever got at any Lowes.

Associates are lacking the knowledge in certain departments leading us astray , costing us more time and money. The taring up and out process hasnt even begun, so who knows how much flooring material we lost due to there advice and lack of knowledge.

Not inpressed with this visit, I had to go find help for the tool isle and then when I got some help the kid never came back so I had to go to the lead supervisor to get after 20 minutes of waiting. I get better service at Lowes then I do here.
