Im very disappointed and continue to be disappointed in the customer service that I have received at this store. I was looking for a particular item and tried reaching out to the gentleman behind the counter. They were short, rude, and nasty. I did manage to get a grunt and a direction by pointing (this was the second time I was there and this was the second time its happened) I suspect that if the mindset of the customer service of McFadden doesnt change you will surely see another Circuit City scenario appear before you. In case youre unaware of them, they filed bankruptcy and went out of business, and the number one reason cited was poor feedback and poor customer service. There was also a Las Vegas hardware store with the name of "Homebase" a direct competitor of Home Depot, and yes they went out of business for the same reason. Just a heads up, Im nobody special, just one of your customers. Im sure this will go to deaf ears and no one will reply back and there be no change and on top of that I will get no pleasure when I see the store close; however I will have the pleasure of saying I told you so. Thank you

This is the ONLY place to get quality fasteners/cap screws/stainless or cutting tools/taps/dies/milling and measuring tools /calipers etc. They carry a good metal center, abrasives, and shop supplies. EXCELLENT QUALITY & FANTASTIC SERVICE & LOW PRICES, TOO! US MADE MERCHANDISE! I pass a lot of chain hardware stores to come here. NEVER DISAPPOINTED! This is an industrial hardware store: IF YOU ARE A MORON, DO NOT SHOP HERE. BAD REVIEWS CAME FROM STUPID PEOPLE!! I HATE BAD CUSTOMERS!!! PS I build miniature locomotives, large enough to ride on. I am not a moron, and I am "in the industry". I shop at industrial hardware stores, bearing houses, surplus and junk yards, and machine shop supply places. I dont need or want a hand-holding from the hardware store. If you cant screw in a light bulb, this is not the place to go. If you can run with the pack of professionals that ONLY SHOP HERE, then go for it!

This is a MAN store! My wife shops at Lowes and Home Depot, this is where things really get done. Want to adapt a pipe from one size to another, they got it and get it done in one adapter! Lowes and Home Depot youll be putting a dozen parts together to get the same job done. This place has EVERYTHING! Now if they would just build one in the Northwest, we have no industrial supply stores on this side of town :(

If you need it... trust me Mcfadden-Dale has it in stock. Which is really spooky, because its a mystery how they fit it all in at that one store. I almost went in one day to ask them if they had any warp drives for time travel or any nuclear reactors, but I chickened out... Im positive they will have it and I would be able to afford it! McFadden-Dale for President!!!

I found exactly what I was looking for at this incredibly jam-packed (yet very organized) hardware store. Their prices are just right and the dudes know where everything is, which is absolutely necessary in the store. Hand tools, nuts and bolts, tubing, welding, automotive, painting and all the one-off professional-grade doodads you could dream of.

I needed a 14mm-2.0 bolt, a 145 mm long. They have them! They have the taps and dies also! They have welding supplies out the ying yang! Their prices are reasonable and the help is top notch. But they dont have lawn chairs and gas barbeques! lol Now I know where my real hardware store is.

The only reason I am writing a review is because I saw a very negative review. This store is awsome, and everyone who works there has always been friendly to me. Id say I shop at Mcfaddendales 2 times a month and they always have what I need. I dont waiste my time going anywhere else!!!

I needed two 12.9 hardened bolts for my BMW F800GS motorcycle. A shop online offered them (M12x120mm and M12x65mm) with washers for $15.95! McFadden-Dale had them on the shelf and the two bolts with washers cost a grand total of $3.74 with tax.

A great place to find those "one-offs" or hard to find items that the larger chains dont carry. Prices are great, and the selection on what they carry is awesome. I will look here first now BEFORE looking at the larger chains!
