THE WORST HARDWARE STORE HERE ON PLANET EARTH Total Disaster This place is horrible. If you can find what youre looking for, good luck. The manager is just another troubled malcontent - hateful and nasty. There are other customers who have left similar negative reviews about this store, documenting that the management here is very troubled and dysfunctional. I went to Ace Hardware to return a couple of items and was met with hate, contempt, disdain, and total disrespect. I didnt have time that day to address his horrible behavior so a couple of weeks later I returned. When I returned, I asked for the manager. When the manager arrived, I immediately recognized him as the culprit who was displaying all of these negative behaviors listed above. When I confronted him about his horrible behavior, he responded, "Not me Buddy, Not Me." I said, "Yes, you Buddy, Buddy." His response was as just as dysfunctional as his origin sin, proving that yes, he is the culprit who has no respect for his customers and who is totally self-absorbed and completely dysfunctional. Referring to your customers as Buddy is condescending. Every time I have been at this store, I have observed this manager displaying some type of negative behaviors. Apparently, he is suffering from a severe case of narcissism and is totally incompetent. Time after time, this manager has proven that he absolutely has no standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! !

Whenever I do have a problem that I need an answer to I will go to this location for an answer because the associates are knowledgeable and helpful, although the owners are not. So I get the answers I need then drive down the street to the big orange or big W to make my purchase because of the attitude of the person that I was told was "One of the owners" . And usually the prices down the street are better.

This place is fantastic. If you cant find what youre looking for, the employees go out of their way to help or see if they can help. Management and ownership are great and very knowledgeable. The only people i have seen have an issue in the store were already disgruntled to begin with.

Bad attitude employees, chain saw repair is worthless. Cost so much, better to buy a new one. Fairly stocked store. Not costumer friendly. This is my last choice to buy equipment.

I dont know about the store but you cant access the website without the message "server error" . NOT A GOOD SIGN
