This new location has the most friendly and helpful staff off all HF locations. Not to say the others are bad at all because they arent, this one is just that much better! The quality is great! Of course I mean the quality of the staff, not the tools obviously lol! The cheap tools work great for short-term use. The no-name brand Dremel bits work great and cost 1/4 actual Dremel bits. Mini lathe, hammers, clamps, and impact sockets are actually good too. Just dont get bench vices or halogen lights because the HF ones are so low quality they make Chinese copies look good!

Im righting this review for my husband. He is disabled from a brain injury. The manager went so above and beyond! Words cannot explain. He got off work, & on his own time went to lows because they didnt have what my husband needed. Lows only had half of what he needed. So he drove to another lows to get the rest. He would not take any money from my husband. God bless him. Good people really do exist. He doesnt remember his name Mike, maybe. White with a bald head ( angle)

I am really glad this store opened in Henderson. The staff is super nice and the store is always clean. The managers and staff are always willing to help if you have an issue. I didnt get everyones name but the staff is always courteous and more then willing to help.They always ask if im getting coupons and make sure my account is perfect. I couldnt ask for a better group of people. Thank you guys/ladies for all your help !

An ugly fat woman with tattoos named Gina, Manager at Harbor Freight, 433 W Lake Mead Pkwy, Henderson, NV, Feb. 27, 2017, checked my items out. She put my three small items in a plastic bag and inserted two paper ad sheets I rejected. She threw at least the unused plastic bag right in the trash. This cancer to the world has no concept of the environment or waste prevention, only greedy capitalist profit.

Living in Las Vegas

They advertise products that they never carry in store just to bring you into the store. Then ask you to drive all over town to their other stores. Maybe instead of opening 3 stores every week...you work on your customer service.

I love harbor freight! Sure the tools arent going to last forever, but the variety is excellent and the prices are on point. Slightly inconvenient parking lot, but its yet another small price to pay.

Love this store...they have so many cool things that are inexpensive...just watch what you buy as some items are cheaply made and dont last. Overall a great store though.
