Went today to Bell Rd store for several items including a larger item which required someone to get it from back stock. We were in line & if not for the gentleman in front of us being told it was cash only (no debit/credit cards) we never would have known until our items were checked out. I asked why no signs or notifications of the cash only & was told very rudely that they are not allowed to post signs. The entire time in the store & even when we asked (that same rude person) about getting our larger item not one person in the store said anything. The cashier wasnt even saying anything until the customer couldnt use their card. There was no reason given for the cash only policy & if it was due to a problem or permanent. We are in this store a lot and was very surprised by the lack of customer service & extreme rudeness. Will think twice about going back again.

12" Double Bevel Miter Saw & new 100tpi blade bought here. It paid for itself in about a week. They may not carry Craftsman, SnapOn, DeWalt or even less pricey "Major Brands" but if I had to wait to buy the tools I need until I could afford paying for a tool with a "Name" then Id have a LOT LESS tools. Because of Harbor Freight I can afford a tool I need to do work that provides me an income. After all, its not the brand that gets the work done, its the person using the tool. Just like with shoes; I WILL NOT pay $400.00 for a "Name". I need shoes to protect my feet, not to advertise a product for a person or company. ESPECIALLY when I would be doing that advertising FOR FREE. Aint happening.

I enjoy this location in particular because unlike some stores closer to downtown, they always seem to have everything in stock when you get there. The sales team is usually pretty quick but stays upfront. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I never see a worker walking the floor helping to answer questions. I have to go up to the register and wait in line to find out what I need

Purchased a large tool chest. The staff was very accommodating when I needed to make a quick run home to make more more room in my vehicle. When I got back, they helped fit the chest into the back of my SUV. Thumbs up for customer service! Ill be back to find things to help fill my new tool chest.

Enjoyed my first visit to this newly opened Store. Everyone was so nice and eager to help me with a big smile on their faces. So happy to have my favorite store so close.Going back with my coupon to by a battery for my my generator.

No customer service, only one cashier and no one answered when he called for someone to help me. Another employee came out of the back, walking right past me to assist cashier. I guess this store doesnt want my money. I walked out.

Best place to go when you need something that wont cost an arm & a leg. They have a good price range for almost everything and Ive never been disappointed with a purchase. Its hard to walk out without buying more than I went for...

Seems smaller than the other Harbor Freights I have visited but everything is there, no compromises just a little more compact. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
