We moved a mile from this store last fall and had some good experiences. However, the last two times weve been in, customer service has been awful. I always pick up and carry out my own grain bags, but a few weeks ago I hurt my back and couldnt lift the bags. I asked the cashier if someone could get the bags and help me to the car with them (something IFA and Tractor supply always ask), and she acted very rude and put out by my request. The young man that helped me was very nice though so Im giving the second star for him. Today we went to pick up some chain link or wire fencing. First, its poor customer service to have all of your outdoor products locked up. You have to wait for them to open the INSIDE door (outdoor gates are always locked anyway) so why cant people go look and browse on their own? Once again IFA and Tractor supply let you look and browse. Then once you find someone to open the inside door, they dont leave you alone to look. So we asked about pricing on two items and there are no prices posted anywhere outside. So the guy goes inside to check prices (its cold and windy) and we wait 10 minutes. The guy comes back and says that the cashiers were to busy to look up prices. So only cashiers can look up prices, and no prices are on the products. What? Total waste of time. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

I seriously cant believe this store is still in business!? I went I there this evening to exchange a shirt I bought the other day....couldnt find the size I needed. So....I went up to the cashier asked if she could call another store for me? After all isnt that what retail stores do for their customers? She kept making excuses as to why she couldnt! That they have a new computer program, that she would be calling the other store blind, she couldnt find the sku for the next size down blah blah blah.....and all while the Manger Jason on duty standing right there gabbing to two other girls about other customers! Could he not help her? Every single time I go in there something like this happens. If cal-ranchs ceo cares that much about his company he should really take a hard look at this store here in West Jordan, UT! Guess once again Ill be makin the drive to Spanish where they at least act like they care about the customer!! And, Id actually wouldnt be giving the store a star at all but, since I have to give one their only getting one star! Such a joke!

i bought a rabbit from these guys on mothers day and about a week later the rabbit died, i called and talked to the "manager" and he told me there was a shipment of bunnies coming in on the 29th and i could come get another one. or i could come get my money back at any time! well i have called all damn day and the b**** that i talked to (mind you she said around 8:15 a.m that the shipment would be in sometime today) and it is now 5:40 p.m and she said they werent getting any for a month and that i could not get my money backed and she laughed at me. i spent 20 dollars on that rabbit, just for the rabbit...and since the day i got it, it acted funny then died. i will NEVER do services with these inconciderate jerks again!!!!

The store is fine and usually has a pretty great selection. Its the staff that is hit and miss. Some people are really nice and helpful. Others are downright rude. Yes, my husband has tattoo, yes, I have a nose ring. No, we dont have cowboy boots on or wranglers. And no, none of that means we are dumb city folk who have no business in your store. We get it, we dont look very country. Well, my live stock needs supplies just like everyone elses. Would you prefer me to just order it online or go to IFA? Cause for the most part, thats what we have started doing even though we live just live a few streets down from you.

I would give it a zero if I could. My son just cut his leg bad in there on a chair display that was sticking out and I asked where I could get first aid supplies and they told me the camping aisle where I could buy some. No one asked if he was okay. I spoke to three people who worked there and only one guy helped us to find a kit to purchase. My little boy is only 2.Then some guy behind us tried to cut in line while we were bandaging his leg. What is wrong with people? Heading over to Instacare now. They will be getting the bill.

Went to go get propane. went inside and asked associate for help, his response was somebodys already out there. real snarky and rude I reassured him that nobodys out there he got on His Radio and ask somebody to help customers out there with propane. older gentleman (walt) comes outside mad and not wanting to help. very rude and ignorant! I felt degraded by him as I did not know how to read a propane tank and know how old it was he followed up by doing math for me to understand how old it was. Will not support them anymore!!!

Today was first and last time I will shop in the West Jordan Store. The man at the gun desk was extremely rude and condescending. We were looking for ammunition for a gun we were unfamiliar with, gave him the make, model and we mistakenly asked for the wrong caliber ammunition. He mocked us and seemed to enjoy making fun of our lack of knowledge, and relished the discomfort he created. This was not expressed as a lighthearted joke, he was being a jackass! I can not remember having a worse customer service experience!! .

I have never seen such an unorganized store like this one,no one knows what they are doing. Good luck finding anything or finding someone that knows anything about what is in the store. Nothing is marked and good luck finding someone that can tell you what the price is. Very annoying place to shop!

Just want to say thank you to Dont the older gentleman who helped me and my cousin tonight. Outstanding customer service he helped me not only with my purchase but educated and took the time to help me. Not only do I love this place Don went above and beyond tonight thanks again !

If you want to be helped dont go to this store. Three people behind the counter with no other customers in the store and I was told it might be over there. Three other dumping one small garage can. First and last time in the store. NOT impressed.

The staff is friendly, and they seem to have a good selection if youre into cowboy stuff. There is a fruit stand in the parking lot you you have to try at least once. All different kinds of fresh fruit

The staff were the least helpful retail employees Ive ever come across. I went to the DMV a week or so ago, and it was Disneyland compared to walking through this store.

If you are going to be closed outside your hours, try posting it on the door or on the website. Massive inconvenience for people who expected the store to be open.
