I purchased a Macbook there, quite possibly the worst decision I could have made when buying a laptop. As two of my friends had purchased refurbished Macbooks there (the same model I ended up buying) I thought it was the best place to go! Well my first visit to the orchard consisted of one of their employees trying to charge me 50$ more than they charged my friends. (we all purchased within 2 weeks time frame) He claimed there was more software on these ones, thus making them more expensive. The software he was referring too was included on both of my friends laptops. After haggling about the price, we finally settled on about about 25$ more than he charged my friends. After paying them, they tried to give me the laptop they had on display. (Sitting on a power source with a fully charged battery, who knows how long it had been on.) So i asked for a different one, which they got out of the back, booted it up to make sure it worked, then i took it home. Upon trying to start it up once at my house, the laptop would not power up. The fallowing day I had to drive back out there (30 minute drive one way) for them to replace the laptop. The employee that was working was different from the one i first interacted with, but showed no symphony for my misfortune or having to drive back out. He claimed it was either the computers fault, or mine. But as it was still under warranty they gave me a new one. This one lasted for about 2 months, normal use like web browsing, music downloading, schoolwork, facebook, ect. Until one day, the exact same thing happened as before, it would not power up. So i took it back to them, and the hard drive had crashed. Again, no sympathy whatsoever, the employee told me that it was my fault, I had pushed it too hard (even with causal use). I lost all my music, pictures, school work, everything. Luckily, it was still under warranty so THE APPLE STORE replaced my hard drive for free. After this happened, about another 2 months later my battery broke, causing my computer to immediately power down if the power source were disconnected. Another trip to the Apple Store and i had my laptop working again, but I will NEVER be bringing my business to these people again. They may know there stuff but once youve bought your laptop they couldnt care less about you. Their "refurbished" laptops are in good condition when purchased but will fail within a few months. Defiantly not worth the 650$ price tag plus tax. All in all, for purchasing PARTS, like chargers, cords, cases, what-not, they would be a good choice, but if your planning on buying any actual computers, go get one from the apple store. Dont waste your time or money with these people.

I am so pleased with my first impression of The Orchard. I found them through a personal referral, and my friend hit the nail on the head. They offer service, refurbished machines and accessories. I was just looking to replace my recently deceased hard drive (2nd time. 1st time was a bad Apple batch covered under Apple Care. thank god!) Its an older machine (2007) so I had already been thinking about purchasing a new computer. I had kept putting it off because Im in love with Apple computers, but my wallet isnt. I discussed my hard drive replacement options (which were reasonable), but I didnt know that my Macbook would have some trade in value which could put a refurbished Macbook within my wallets reach. (ha.) Long story, short. I left with a newer, faster Macbook with an upgrade on RAM (8G), tiny little cosmetic scratches, and a brand new interior. Im a happy girl and I didnt have to hassle around trying to find what I both wanted and could afford. One of the guys, Jared, was super helpful and informative about the services and the sales. He answered all my questions and gave me food for thought without ever feeling pushy. I would highly recommend them as informed experts on either side. Sales or service. And its always nice to actually support a local business. Im a fan!

I have had the WORST luck with my apple products this week!!!! I not only cracked my new iphone screen but the very next night I spilt an entire frap from starbucks in my brand new macbook pro! I was referred to this business by one of my employees and I was hesitant to try it out because I did not want to go through anyone but apple BUT I am sooooooooooooooooo pleased with my experience here!!!! They are the best! So friendly and very knowledgeable!!! I walked in and was surprised to see such a great set up and such friendly workers! JARED CANNON is the person I worked with and he is AMAZING!! (He has beautiful eyes too ;) ) He knew exactly what I needed to do with my laptop and was very kind considering how stressed out my situation had made me! He was so willing to help and wanted to make sure I made the most cost effective decisions! They are very affordable and get your products fixed very quickly!!!!! They can fix anything you bring to them!!! They have the cutest accessories too!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE..After going to apple and being disappointed with my visit and coming to Orchard and having such a good experience I would give this joint SIX STARS AND THREE THUMBS UP IF I COULD! Thanks!! You guys are the best!

DONT GO HERE!! I had terrible experience here and if I could, I would give 0 stars! They charged me about 180$ to fix my cracked screen on my iPhone, and they made it worse than it was. My sensor on the phone didnt work so every time I answered calls my screen remained unlocked so I would mute calls or hang up. I went back multiple times to get that fixed and something else was still wrong. My touch home button didnt work so I couldnt unlock my phone with touch key(at this point I didnt care I just wanted to be done with them), oh yea it took me a month to get a black home button, they gave me white because they were out. I cracked my phone again within a month and they charged me 160$. (Oh and my screen seemed to poke out even though they just fixed it) after getting it fixed for the second time my touch home button still didnt work. Within two months I broke my screen again and I ended up taking my phone to apple and they fixed it for only 113$ and EVERYTHING WORKS!!! So if you have an iPhone or anything to do with Apple, go to the Apple Store! You will have a better experience and save money.

The Orchard delivers exceptional customer service. My only regret is that they werent in business when my iMac crashed over a year ago. I ended up buying an inferior PC in a panic. Money was tight at the time so I got what I paid for -- lots of weird and frustrating PC issues. Today I visited The Orchard because I had copied 236 photos onto a CD before my iMac crashed and was unable to import them to my PC. Justin offered his assistance by having me bring in my PC, the CD with the photos, and a thumb drive. He worked his magic and managed to transfer each and every photo to my thumb drive and then imported them to my PC. I was over the moon! And the best part was Justins eagerness to help me. My next computer will definitely be an Apple product purchased at The Orchard. Justins level of customer service was beyond my expectations. Rest assured you will leave this store with a smile on your face. I wish them great success!
