I cannot recommend these guys to anyone. I should have walked away when they told me bring it in for a free diagnostic and then when I got there they said diagnostic means just inspecting the physical outside (i.e. 5 seconds) and a real diagnostic is $59.99. I thought okay, Im already here, everyone will charge me something. They spent 15 minutes doing the diagnostic to tell me the Operating System was corrupted and it would be $290 on top of the $59.99 to reinstall everything. I said fine, I need it fixed quick, I had work to do on it, they said they could get it done in 4-5 hours (makes sort of sense, $290 divided by 4, seems about right for labor). I got busy, couldnt make it back same day, I called and said I wouldnt be able to pick it up today, Ill get it tomorrow afternoon. The next day Im ready first thing in the morning so I roll down to pick up without calling to pick it up when they open. When I get there the guy running the desk says its not done yet and I get upset with him since it was suppose to be done yesterday. He says "dont worry, I was planning on doing it next, I can have it done in 30-45 minutes". I said "oh, okay, so its almost done" and he replied "no, we havent started on it yet" .... WHAT? a. it was suppose to be done yesterday b. $290 is 30-45 minutes of work ($580 an hour???), I demanded it back, paid them the $60 after telling them I would be leaving horrible feedback and they argued that it was their policy and I agreed to the work and prices. Im learning working with computer shops can be a real rip off.

Real Biz Review

I had my Phone fixed at their location. My I phone 6 had a broken screen. They said it would cost on $80 to fix I received a phone call from Jerome explaining it would cost $160. I asked why he said I was miss informed I said no way I can get a refurbished one for that. He said sorry but it is fixed and if I did not pay they would sell it. I called Data Doctors Corp they said they do not provide this service. I explained they fixed it in their Queen Creek location. They said no they do not the franchise does not allow it or any subletting to another company. Wow t they do not even know what there stores are doing.......

I am speechless. This store is dirty, terrible customer service, TERRIBLE management. I walked out empty handed. I recieved no assistance. Despicable management behavior.
