What a terrible company. Let me you tell you my story. First, Im a strong Apple consumer and advocate. I own MANY iMacs, MacBook pros, and iPhones. Because of where I live, and the need for a new iMac, I purchased to top of the line 27in iMac near the first of March 2017 at Simply Mac PC. I had it "upgraded" to 24GB RAM at this same store. The installation of the RAM, which I thought was a basic process, was comical. The store manager had to eventually do it. The computer never worked right. It WOULD NOT TURN ON. After working diligently with Apple Care, they were unable to solve the problems. Because of the cluster I witnessed with RAM installation, I was not comfortable taking it back to Simply Mac for repair, which of course was under warranty. After > 2 weeks of trying to fix the problems with Apple Care (5 long painful sessions) I delivered my new iMac to an Apple certified service center. After 13 DAYS of diagnostics, including consultations with Apple, and replacing the logic board, the computer could not be fixed. Finally, it was discovered that the RAM installed by Simply Mac was faulty. When the RAM sticks were removed everything returned to normal. I understood. RAM can be bad. The RAM was SIMPLY MAC brand RAM, installed at the time of purchase. ALL of my repairs to this point were covered under Apple warranty. I was out no money other than the indescribable amount of time and travel, as well as the inconvenience of not having a computer for weeks. However the RAM from Simply Mac would not be covered by the Apple warranty. I returned to Simply Mac, PC. The service manager, Brennon Garff, said the whole problem likely was because I had 24 GB of RAM, and iMacs DO NOT FUNCTION NORMALLY unless it is 8, 16, or 32GB. (This is something Ive found to completely false). My obvious question was ... "then why did you install 24GB of RAM on it"?? Anyway, I took my 2 faulty sticks of RAM back, and THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THE BAD RAM. "30 day warranty on RAM". I said I bought a $3000 computer and "upgraded" it with $159 of RAM, and it has been unusable for 6 weeks while Apple Care has been trying to fix it, and out of my possession for 2 weeks at the service center. THEY COULD CARE LESS. Absolutely refused to replace the RAM. I could go on about the incompetence they demonstrated in their discussions and actions. Obviously, this is NOT about the money, it is about the principle and customer care. Despicable. I RECOMMEND YOU THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE FROM SIMPLY MAC, and dont even consider service. Its worth the time and money to go straight to Apple. Big time--wasting mix-up! My wife traded an old iMac Computer in mid 2016 and was given a credit at the store for the value of her traded machine. The amount was $415. Recently, I decided to purchase a new iMac myself and I went into this store to place an order. I was told that the credit which was in my wifes name (that they now called a gift-certificate) was still there and I could apply it to my purchase. But, when trying to do the final paperwork on my order, they said they couldnt find the certificate in their computer system, even though the stores computer showed it existed. The staff seemed inept in figuring out how to apply it. They told me to wait a couple of days and somebody higher up in the management chain would figure out how to use it. A couple of days stretched into a week or more of delay and finally, after much frustration, I was told they could not honor this credit but that they might be able to work a deal on another product. When my wife traded in her machine we were told there was NO time limit on this credit. We were told that we could use this credit for myself as well as my wifes future purchases. I feel we were deceived by some very shoddy managerial practices, that someone screwed up in procedure and that the store was trying to hide this. I needed a new Mac for my business (A graphic illustrator) and I was seriously delayed on my contracts. DONT buy at this store! Go directly to an Apple Store. Save yourself the headaches.

Ok, Im a business owner myself and had to do a review for these guys! They knocked it outta da park with the best customer service ever! I was impressed, didnt buy my wifes i phone from them but when I went in with problems getting pics off, they jumped into action and started a time consuming process to get the pics and videos downloaded to a thumb drive. Matt the manager really went the 120% and secured a customer for life. Thanks for the lesson in what great customer service looks like Matt! Well be back. (As Arnold would say)

Horrible customer service, I walked in and was looking for a several minutes was never once greated, so I went to the counter and told that guy what I was looking to do. He said this is a new program and I dont know anything about it. I asked does anyone here know Im wanting to purchase a new macpro on the finance program. He goes in the back and come back with the response of "you should go somewhere else because we dont know how to do that" Seriously?? Train your staff properly and dont turn away a paying customer.

Thank goodness there is an option for getting technical advice and repairs, for your Apple devices, right here in Park City. (I detest driving to the Apple stores in Salt Lake City.) I have had multiple issues in 2017 with my various Apple products and I have visited Simply Mac many times this year. Almost every time, I walk out with a solution (or a plan for a solution). I have to mention that Adam is a tech troubleshooting wizard. I am a very satisfied customer.

They did a great job ! My Mac Book Pro would not start up, and I was in a panic, as I use it to run my business. The technician took a look at it right away, and was able to reset the P drive. Also helped me get an external hard drive so I can backup my computer. Excellent experience. Thanks so much!
