We tried to keep our business local and this company had done previous work for us before. Dorothy, the owner, was completely rude and unprofessional. Let me say their Tech Jeff was fantastic! I had asked for a referral for software to purchase and they gave me a price of a common software that anyone could purchase online. Dorothy decided to up the price by an extra $183 when the program was less than $500 and then got nasty when I told her that mark up was way to high. She lied about our conversations to make it look like I was verbally harassing them, when all I wanted was an answer about our new computer. I WILL NOT EVER have anyone I know give this lady business! BEWARE, she will lie about labor hours.

I LIVE LOCAL TO THIS SHOP AND UPON READING A POOR REVIEW WENT TO CHECK IT OUT............. THIS LITTLE SHOP IS VERY "PRICE FRIENDLY." THE TEC. IN THE BACK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THERE IS ANOTHER REVIEW THAT COMMENTS ON "DOG ODOR" AND "SUB STANDARD PARTS ON THE SHELFS". THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN RETRIEVER IN THE FRONT. AS FAR AS THE PARTS, THERE ARE NO SHELFS FOR THIS "COMMENTER" TO VIEW, AND ALL THE PARTS IN THE "REPAIR AND PROGRAM AREA" ARE STANDARD CABLES, ALL "HI-END" PARTS ARE KEPT IN THE BACK STOREROOM OR ORDERED AT REQUEST. THEY ALSO OFFER SENIOR DISCOUNTS AND GIVEN THE AREA IS HELPFUL TO THE STRUGGLING ECONOMY. I SAY HEAD ON IN, LOOKS GOOD TO ME.

This so called company calls themselves a computer company. The owners dont have a clue as to what they are talking about. When I called they didnt even know if they had an A+ certified technician on site. When I visited the shop to look around, the place smelled of "dog" and there was dog hair everywhere! They has sub standard accessories on the shelves. When I peered into the back area, there was some very overweight old guy playing solitaire on the computer. I wouldnt take my computers here.
