I should have looked a little closer at this company, I saw 100+ reviews and assumed it was a standup company (take a closer look, most are from the exact same day...what company can get 35+ glowing reviews on one day and another 20 the next day? lol....all fake I assume). I paid John Hahn to remove a virus, he said he did, the next day it was back. I called to have him fix the issue and he wanted to charge me again (since I had reinfected it), the only thing I did was turn on my computer. I was appalled that he would not stand up to his work. I was able to find another computer company that knows how to actually fix a virus infection. Buyer beware.

This guy pushes real hard on the phone and just seems like a phony! I had a small problem with a windows error and he kept telling me how my Kaspersky antivirus was garbage and he needed to work on it ASAP to save it. He could not connect in a logical way how my error was related to Kaspersky and his high pressure sales technique and $300 quote really put me off. I ended up getting it tuned up by a major big box corporate store for a third of the cost and it was just a minor windows error not a virus problem (and they recommended Kasperskey to use for antivirus).

I got ripped off by this guy, $425 for a replacement motherboard, three days after I pick it up the same problems develop and it turns out the hard drive was the problem, not the motherboard. The owner (John) says the motherboard was definately bad, so they wont refund, the funny thing is I found the motherboard online for $79. Lesson learned, stay away from this dishonest company! Ripoff!

John Loaned me a laptop for free when I was too broke to rent one. While he repaired my Old Acer laptop. He only charged me 150.00 to fix it. I was very happy to get it back. He never marked up the cost of the repair. Yall should be ashamed of yourself for posting fake reviews about a good mans business. Diella B.
