HARD TO GET A HOLD OF, WASTED SEVERAL HOURS ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS ATTEMPTING TO GET A HOLD OF THE CHANDLER OFFICE. I was originally able to get a hold of the office in Chandler pretty easy. I told the guy what I wanted (I just wanted a diagnostic run on my wifes computer to see what was wrong with it and if it could be repaired), he said it should be a problem, my wife later that day dropped off the computer, and everything went smoothly. Then the problems started. The guy at the store in Chandler called me about 36 hours later (which was a perfectly reasonable turn around time) and left me a voice mail message saying that I should call him back to discuss repair options and the like. I called the Chandler office back about 10 min. after I had missed the call--no answer. So the machine transferred me automatically to the office in Mesa, where the person was very nice and helpful and told me he would leave the person in Chandler a message to call me back. No call-back that day. The next day I called in the morning just after they opened, still no answer at the Chandler office. Once again I left a message with the Mesa office for the guy in Chandler to call me back. Finally, about 4 hours later I get a call back from the Chandler office. Somehow I missed the call (whether my phone was on silent or something else, I dont know how it happened), I called back within 5 min. of the missed call and got no answer. This was on a Friday evening very close to closing time, so Ill cut them a break here. However, I called on Saturday (which they are open regular hours) every half hour to 45 min. for 6 hours. I left two messages with the Mesa office for the Chandler office to call me back and one message with the Phoenix office (which the guy--who was very helpful and nice--told me that he would message the guys personal cell phone in Chandler and that he would make sure someone from the Chandler office would call me back before closing. This was a very nice gesture after I had explained my situation to him. WHAT DO YOU KNOW, NO CALL BEFORE CLOSING. Now it is Monday, I have called again and left a message with the Mesa office and am currently waiting--with my phone not 2 feet away from me--for the Chandler office to call me back. AVOID THE CHANDLER OFFICE, you will spend countless hours trying to contact them. Perhaps choose a different repair company all together, but at least avoid the Chandler office. Im sure they do good work, because they come highly recommended, but the hassle I have gone through to get a hold of the Chandler office EASILY outweighs any savings of satisfaction I could possibly have with the service.

It was great, at first glance! I bought two computers from the Chandler store, and thought I was really getting a deal. Well, when my laptop started crashing about 3 months later, I recently brought it in to the Chandler store where I was told my computer would have the diagnostics run on it, and a quote of how much it would cost to replace the hinges in the screen, within 72 hours. 4 days later I called trying to track down my computer, the Chandler stores phones were disconnected and the manager at the Mesa store proceeded to tell me that he had no record of my computer being checked in of any record. When I called back in the afternoon, the same man informed me that my computer was taken back to the Chandler store and was completed with the new hinges, costing me parts and labor! I was never called for a quote like I was promised, the work was done without my authority, they couldnt find my computer for nearly 3 days, and then they expected me to pay the tab. So when all I had was my debit card, he wanted to write down all of my information and it "call in." No thanks. Im not giving any of my financial information to a company that manages to loose my computer for 3 days, and it magically reappear. I would not recommend this company to anyone whose looking for a discounted Mac. Its just shady.

We had one iPhone repaired there with cracked glass no problem. Then we took another phone which had cracked glass & a broken screen, and it has been a month long nightmare. They damaged a cable when they repaired it. They agreed to fix that no charge but they ordered the wrong part the first time. They told us the right part would be in on a Thursday so we left the phone there - but when we went to pick it up the following Saturday it still was not in - no phone call after I explicitly asked them to keep me informed of the status of the order. When I heard nothing, I assumed it would be fixed & ready that Thursday. I asked for the phone back (it was somewhat operable) and they said they had to put it together, to wait about 5 minutes - I had my whole family waiting in the car for over half an hour! We were on our way to get frozen yogurt, had we known, we could have gone and come back before they were closed! Finally they got the part in and we have the phone back, but now it wont work during a phone call unless its on speaker phone! I have to take it back in again! The headache is not worth the savings compared to Apple.

NOT APPLE CERTIFIED! Brought in my macbook because it was having problems. Ran diagnostic. They said the hard drive was corrupted. Had them replace it. Got it back and i couldnt save anything to the hard drive. Brought it again and they said some sata cable went out. Okay so you didnt check to see if the hard drive can save anything??? Wanted to charge me more when they didnt fix the problem. I refused to pay mor.they let me take my laptop back without it being fixed. Totally useless. They acted like it was my fault. So i paid about $200 for a hard drive i could have put in myself. Just go to aplple. It may cost a bit more but they wont take your money without fixing the problem. Such assholes.

This company is awful!!!!! They sell defective product, and then act like they are doing you a favor to repair their poor work. We have been going back and forth with them numerous times for one year since purchasing a product, with no resolution, and continuing problems. Ownership and management will not talk to customers, they hide behind their sales people. At this point, we want our money back and be done with this company. Do yourself a favor, dont ever purchase from or work with them.

this place is absolutely fantastic. I bought my laptop here and every time Ive had trouble with any of my apple products, theyve been more than willing to do whatever they have to do to put a permanent end to the problem. incredible prices, incredible staff, very informative and far less used-car-salesman than the Apple Store. Customer for life, i would check a TENTH star if they would let me! Justin is the man!

My Macbook wouldnt boot up so I brought it in for the Orchard to look at. The owner personally sat down and reset my hard drive, free of cost! Not to mention that the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even quoted me at HALF the price of the Apple Store for a broken screen repair. I would check a sixth star if they would let me
