If you have any computer problems or questions or are in the market to purchase a computer, Softque is the place to go. The staff is very knowledgeable they give stellar customer customer service. My computer was a mess when I brought it to them. Not only did they get it fixed and running fast again, but they educated me on how to prevent future problems. I have also purchased a computer here, a router, speakers and more. Great prices and Great service.

The big benefit with this store is you can actually talk to the person who is working on your computer. Its a trust thing, not to mention a great convenience. There is a bad review below by someone who apparently hasnt actually used their services. Ive been to this place many times including when it is full of customers, and I have never seen anybody treated in any way but honest and caring.

Thanks to my friend I heard about this place. I am so grateful B!! The services and prices are great! Definitely recommend!! Before I dreaded taking my computer to get checked up/repaired. Now I know that whenever I walk into SoftQue I will feel comfortable/welcome. They keep you updated and actually try to help you understand what they did to your comp. Go to SoftQue you wont regret it. ;D

I turned on my computer one day to find everything was gone. All my pictures, documents and settings. Even my desktop picture was gone. I took it in and the owner was so nice, he didnt promise me anything except that he would try. The next day I got a call that my computer was ready and they were able to get everything back! Im so grateful, they saved everything!!

They were just straight up rude. I just wanted to find out what was going on with my computer, if I could fix it, and if they needed to fix it how much it would cost. The guy was short and standoffish and it didnt seem as though he had the time to answer my questions. I would rather go to CS&S or Red Seven.

I was very impressed with this place. I wish I had come here a long time ago instead of going to Geek Squad which is so overpriced!! The service here is very personalized and they took the time to really help me out. I will recommend this place to all my friends from now on.

Had my computer back in less than half a week! Easy to find location, friendly staff, thorough care, professional service, and (most importantly) not overpriced! Definitely coming back here if I ever need computer repairs again. 10/10 would recommend.

Juan did a great job with my computer. Not only that, but the customer service was also top notch. He answered all of my questions about diagnosis, how to prevent the problem from happening again, etc. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

The owner was not helpful nor nice when they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my computer that kept crashing. As some one else has already said, just plain rude.
