Great store with helpful techies. I was looking at the new Surface Book as well as the Dell XPS 15. The staffer was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave some pointers on being a new Windows user. The MS Store also has signature edition models, where all bloatware and crappy software has been removed. The user is only buying the machine with Windows OS and nothing else- something that I like a lot. Prices were reasonable, some sales were to be had. Of course, you get to touch and play with everything on the floor. Yes, Apple made this sort of showroom popular but Microsoft has made it nice as well.

Its horrible experience and will think twice before i buy anything from this store. Sales people have no idea how to check preorders or any products they might have. Received email that my preorder is ready. Waited in store for 30 mins, there were no customers in store and couldnt understand delay. Finally was told preorder delayed but dont know how long the delay is..,, This store represents True Microsoft way... no wonder there werent any customers!

Get to store 10 minutes before it opens to have a tech look at my surface 4 and get turned away because I dont have an appt but could sit there for a hour in hopes of an opening. There was 2 customers there at opening. One of which is myself. Love it! Update. Went back for second time and this go around it was awesome. Mr stephen was fantastic and very helpful. Thanks

The phone number will direct you to a call center!!!!!! There was a promotion going on, so I called ahead to make sure that everything was in stock. I go to the store and the employees said that they had been out of stock for days, and that 99.9% of calls go to a central call center. However the employees were nice and understanding. I wasted so much time.

Came in to look at the surface with the intent of possibly buying one. Associates seemed a little busy as it was the Saturday after Black Friday and it was a little hard to get in contact with one. When noticed, my questions were answered and associates had great customer service

Fantastic customer service. I havent encountered a worker at this store that wasnt helpful. They know their stuff, and are willing to find the answer if they dont know off hand. Highly recommend this store.

Great group at the MS Store in Chandler. Had a broken Xbox One controller and they replaced it in 5 minutes. Online support from MS said it would be 3-4 weeks! If I need any help again I will be back.

Love the Grand Opening! Microsoft is awesome for this huge and exciting event for the public. Other stores....take notes. Now all my latest tech is closer to home instead of driving to Snottsdale

Had a dock for my surface go out. I was from out of town and could not get a replacement in enough time to do my work. Store swapped the dock with no questions great customer service!!
