The Store Manager and salesman harassed my wife and tried pushing her into a credit card along with adding a $15 "pre-assembled fee" to a USED FLOOR MODEL CHAIR! The Manager also denied her from ordering the chair online and refused to acknowledge inventory of other local Staples stores. The manager then proceeded to tell her that the sale was "only today" (the sale was in fact all weekend long) and that she needed to hurry and pick a chair because they were closing soon (It was 6:05pm and the store closes at 7pm). My wife was again harassed upon trying to leave the store when the manager forcefully asked "why are you leaving, I thought you needed a chair?", and she felt as if they wouldnt let her leave the store. Luckily another customer came to ask a question and she was able to finally escape. She was treated inappropriately and felt very uncomfortable with the employees at this location and I would not recommend this Staples to anyone.

I went to STAPLES STORE #264 for double-sided business cards for $5 more and posters for my business. I was shocked because the poor store associates were cutting the cards by hand!! It took forever! STAPLES is so cheap! They dont provide their workers with up-to-date technology. STAPLES, its 2016 not 1920!! Get your store the proper machines!! Time IS Money! To make matters worse, the machine to print the posters was broken. What is wrong with headquarters?!! Staples, do you read your reviews? Spend some money and purchase some NEW machines! Dont advertise promotions if you dont have the means to get the jobs done efficiently! Its NOT The WORKERS Fault. Its headquarters and their purchasing department! No wonder Staples Stocks are going down, down, down!

Being in marketing I have worked with a lot of printer centers. I also dont leave many reviews, but I wanted to say thanks to Jennifer and Evelyn in the print department. They helped me get two urgent orders done in time for a big client meeting. They were super responsive to my emails, contacted me right away when they had a problem with a file-- and even stayed late to get it done. Thank you so much!

I have been their customer for a while but not anymore. Apparently in order to find out pricing for invoices I have to stop by next day. On my question where they have rental agreement I was told dont know, they are somewhere out here. If thats what their customer service has come down to, Im not shopping in that store anymore

Worst experience Ive ever had. Came in to print something today at 3:50 on and was still waiting at 4:30 to get a quality print done for a simple front and back image. The guy had no clue what he was doing and was rude as can be during the entire process. In the end he didnt charge me for the print.

I had a banner printed with them for the company I work for, and they went above and beyond printing it THREE times before they gave me the perfect banner now hanging in the conference room. Thank you, thank you, Mr. Brendan Eaton!

Id say more like 50% of the employees are OKAY and maybe 5% actually have customer service skills and act like they care about themselves. The other 45%....HORRIBLE!

This store has changed its hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm and Sundays 11:00am-5:00pm
