Why does this store even exist anymore? Radioshack has long since lost any relevance to the average consumer. Even for the niche consumer who might need a specialized electronics part, most likely Radioshack wont carry it & you can be certain that the clerk wont have the foggiest notion of what youre talking about. Every time in the last few years that I have ended up at Radioshack for a particular tool or part, I have been dismayed to find that they dont carry it. A torx 6 screwdriver isnt so exotic that a shop the professes to specialize in electronics would not carry it. Nor is a cartridge for a turntable so unheard of a need that a store dedicated to radio supplies is somehow above stocking them. In summary: If you need to buy a crappy RC Helicopter that most likely wont work as a gift for your step-son who you hate, by all means, come to Radioshack. Otherwise save your time & shop elsewhere.

I was really happy with the customer service but not so much the price of everything. I went around looking for a few things and most if not all were cheaper at other stores. I guess its a convenience thing. Also, from what I understand, Radio Shack should be a basic electronics store. Where are you actually build your own radios or other electronics from scratch. I guess they dont do that anymore.

it was hot as hell in this place and some crap music was up so loud I could not ask the person working about anything because she knew nothing. had to go fare from this place to get what I needed.
