All I wanted was a pair of Bose QC25 before my flight home. Even though we made it clear in the store that I owned an Android device, I was brought an apple version instead and already in bag. I wasnt able to get the box out and realize my mistake until now, the night before I leave for another year out of the US. My flight is before opening hours, and I discovered this after closing. They are hard workers, but they made my $300 product feel... wrong, and also now a key feature of said headphones is longer usable. I will not be able to get this fixed for another year. Please double check your purchases, fellow consumers.

This place is fantastically helpful! Did you know that you can trade in any Bose product that you purchased in the past for credit toward a newer version? I traded-in my five-year-old AE-2s for an upgrade to SoundTrues and the trade-in value wound-up being $85. No lie. I didnt know that until I visited this store for new ear cushions. It kinda makes me feel like other retailers of Bose products are ripping people off.

Great customer service! Bought a new Bose sound bar & sub online and it didnt ship with a power cable. I called into the city creek store and Patrick dug through the spare box and found one for me and had it up front and ready to go when I arrived! Bose may have dropped the ball but the city creek store was able to pick up the slack.

Best customer support and service Ive ever had. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. It felt like talking with my buddies buying stuff rather than a salesman. Even after a while needed to get information for my warranty they were right on top of it helping and going out of their way. Amazing.

Had an issue with my Soundlink Mini, one of my favorite devices, and they took care of me without hesitation. On balance Bose makes incredible products and their customer service, at least at this location, is as good as it gets.

This is a good place to test out various Bose speakers and systems and to ask lots of questions. Im not a regular speaker shopper, but I was impressed how the rep guided me through testing my music on several different products.
