The very WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! After buying a computer and printer, cables, ink cartridges (for future) and everything else to start a home office. I was GREATLY disappointed in not only the products (the laptop) but also cust. service. The laptop needed to be returned twice due to wifi card problems with the Toshiba, the cords were wrong, and finally when the ink cartridge that I bought at the time of the rest of the stuff, to save time when it ran out, was the wrong one! When I went in to return it for the right one I was told the the return date had expired and that they would not give me credit for it. All while smiling a happy little smile I might ad. I am a real estate agent in the area and I will without a doubt tell ever client I have and every one I come in contact with NOT to do business at store number 1402 in American Fork, UTAH. The (Manager) Jimmy was of no help what so ever in any problem I had during ANY trip to resolve problems. I will never do business with this store ever again and I will do my best to stop people from doing business with them. What a waste of time, money, effort and energy!!!!!!!

Nice store compared to others Ive been to (more items in stock). Only downside is when I just want to browse and get ideas for possible future purchases, I felt like I was being stalked! All the sales people had 2 way radios with ear pieces. And I must have been asked at least 20+ times if I needed any help! So if they were doing it just to be helpful, dudes, lighten up! Ill find you if I have any questions! And if you were doing it to prevent me from shoplifting (Im a Retired Investigator), guess what? While I was just shopping, you probably lost your merchandise watching me instead of the other person looking to steal you blind! Cut me some slack, will you? Asking to help me a couple of times is enough! Get the hint... This is the reason some people (including myself) find it easier and more pleasant to shop online at Amazon Prime! I hope Management reads this and is able to convey to employees that theres a fine line between offering help and getting harassed.

to some up this long paragraph basiclly they talked me into a computer i didnt like screwed me out of money on an expencive warranty and never EVER actully helped me. this stores sales men are very help full with small stuff but the second they sell you something big it is all down hill from there for example i got the fansy warranty on my new lap top and i remember the guy doing the warranty said if your not happy within 7 day bring it back. windows 10 came out shortly after (i didnt realize i would hate windows 8 so bad) so i brought it back and they wouldnt do anything for me so what ever i lived with it, but nearing the end if my warranty the touch pad starts acting up and they didnt do any thing because and i quote "it is not broken YET so we cant replace it" i left pissed and a month later it finally broke and they wouldnt help because my warranty expired. NEVER BUYING A LAPTOP FROM HERE or anything over $25

Can not stand the store. Absolutely no help from employees. Did about 3 laps looking for an item and walked out. On my way out I notice 4 employees standing at the entrance while customers searched for items. Ill stick with Amazon. Update: Absolutely disgusted with this store. I buy a range and they run me in circles trying to get a delivery date and then they cant call me like they claimed they would to give me a delivery time. Then they put me on hold 15 minutes before close then let me sit on hold for 30 minutes while the employees walk out the door instead of picking up the line. Now I have to miss an entire day of work and lose that money cause of lazy employees and hope that they might deliver the item. On top of it, multiple workers will be missing work due to best buy of american fork being capable of the smallest task. I will be filing a BBB complaint if I have to. Im sure it wont be their first.

How does best buy get away with fraud? I purchased a open box iPhone 6 on March 27 last year and everything was great until the phone died (black screen) and best buy TOLD me that the warranty is active when I purchase it, so I go to take it in to the Apple store and they said "lets warranty this for you and send you on your way" then he looked and said your warranty expired in October THATS NOT A YEAR! I called best buy and they said thats how it works, never been Fed so much bulls**t in my life. And about 5 months prior I started a contract with AT&T and didnt like it so they told me I could return and cancel the service, 5 months later I get a bill for $1000+ dollars for not paying my phone bill. How? It was best buys job to cancel it and they just gave a slap on the wrist to the guy who did it and said sorry when it was being sent to collections to COLLECTIONS!!!

I have 2 complaints 1 I ordered a product online set up an account payed for it followed all the instructions. I was told it was ready for pick up drove from out of town to pick the item up and was told they no longer had the item. I was given 3 different stories about what happened to include that all 13 were stolen within the hour long storie short i wasted an hour of my time and still havent got the product that I payed for complaint #2 When I placed my order online it made me set up an account to oreder my item so I did ever since I did i recieve a ton of solicit phone calls. ive had the same # for 10years now and rarely receive these type of phone calls i also never set up accounts for this reason and since Ive already received a dozen phone calls and it hasnt even been 2 days from setting up account. so BEWARE BEFORE SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

This store doesnt have good customer service. If you order something online for in store pickup expect to wait for at least 15 minutes to be helped. They typically have one person that is helping with in store pickup. Its actually quicker many times to go shop for the items you want in the store and then check out via the normal line. In addition to this if you pick up an order in your name on an account... And then try to pick up a second order on the same account but in a different name they wont let you pick up the item. Which makes absolutely no sense to me since they let you pick up the order for the other item. In short the staff is usually slow and not properly trained and the service is lacking. Good prices leads to bad service. I recommend getting items shipped to your home or shopping on Amazon or other sites over Best Buy.

I was there Saturday to buy a TV. I spent about 2 hours buying a TV and another 2 or so putting it up Sunday. I bought an open box TV based on the sales associate telling me that it had everything in the box and would save me $150. It did not have the owners manual. I called to ask what options I have and the guy said that I should just return it or download the PDF online. I expressed that I felt a bit concerned that the checklist made on open box items didnt seem completed properly and he said if you dont want an open box just return it. I felt that this was quite short, and I feel like there is no remorse for the time I spent buying the TV, returning to pick the tv up, putting it together and installing it, and now the time taking it down and going back to return it just to consider buying another tv.
