Walked in here at about 11:30 am to trade in a bunch of games. The lady at the counter couldnt be bothered to help me at all. Whether it was an all night bender or whatever she just wasnt having it. I was patient with her but after just standing there with not a single other soul in the store or any sort of acknowledgement I had to speak up. "so....uh....are you ready for me?" I asked "Yeah, I guess" was the response I got Back. She proceeded to shut down any small talk I tried to have with her. Never have I felt like more of a burden for doing absolutely nothing. Will not return and I hope that they change up their act.

Nice people who genuinely want to help. Selection is sometimes lacking; I recommend calling and asking if they have the game you want and at what store.

Nice management and employees, my only complaint is that its Gamestop. "You have 12 games a ps4 and an Xbox one? The most I can give you is $3.50"
