No customer service, bad products, horrible business all around. STAY AWAY!!! Dont get too excited about Apple products at a good price here, its not worth the low quality, hassle and lack of customer service. No one answers the phone at this company. There arent even any phones that ring in the store. I called their number when I entered the store, after having tried calling for almost an hour, and no sound of a phone ringing could be heard in the store. I guess they just want you to leave a message and waste more of your time. We purchased an iMac from them, and upon returning home and plugging it in found out there wasnt an operating system installed and the hard drives werent even wiped completely. We returned to the store the next day to have the problem checked out and all we got was an "oh sorry" no other compensation or anything for our troubles, frustration or time lost. The manager also told us "oh you should have called" blaming us that their technician wasnt there. Calling doesnt do anything anyways since the phone doesnt ring and no one answers. We left the computer to get fixed and never received a call stating it was done, which we found out it was when we went back to the store to return the computer because it was a joke. The employee told us we had "bought a lemon" and it was a piece of ****. Even the employees arent sure of the product they sell. Good thing we returned it. NEVER shopping here again.

A big shout out to the techs at Mac Warehouse. I have been in twice and have been very pleased both times. The first time I had a hard drive replaced. Later, I had a second problem and obtained a second opinion. It was confirmed that the replacement hard drive was of high quality and the fees charged were very reasonable. My second contact was recently with Andy, the Apple Tech at Mac Warehouse. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and very willing to listen to my observations, concerns, and steps already taken. There was no diagnostic charge and the entire charge was eminently fair. When I was there, I observed Andys feedback to other customers and I was very impressed with his knowledgeable responses and his honest assessment of the consumers best course of action. There was no attempt to up-sell. I will certainly go back whenever I have a problem with an Apple product!

I took my MacBook pro that I bought there in because the battery bloated. Pass two weeks without knowing anything about my lap. Finally I called the store to ask for it. Apparently they forgot about my computer because as soon as I call they said it will be ready in an hour. I came to pick up my laptop I turned on and I notice that the hole sistem was being slow. Which didnt use to be like that before bringing to thus place. I talked to the personal and told them what was happening with it. They just say that I need to buy more things to make it work. I mean I dont know what they did but now its not working at all. I have to pay more money to make it work or buy a new one. They should be more responsable with the computers.

Huge props to Andy, Trevor, Spencer and Travis for going above and beyond the call of duty and taking awesome care of me today. These guys make it happen every time, and continually impress me with their customer service, great products and just being great guys to shoot the breeze with. I bought my 3rd system from MacWarehouse today, and it runs like a top - as usual. If you need a solid system and want to save some cash, definitely go see them.

I would recommend Mac Warehouse for absolutely everything Apple - Ive had excellent experiences with both purchases and repairs here. Their macs are like new, or better (upgrades!), and you can even choose to upgrade your own computers for longer life, and better performance. The staff is very helpful, and goes the extra mile to make everything perfect for you as a customer. Plus the prices are incredible! I seriously love this place!

Mac warehouse is a great idea for getting Macs in the hands of consumers who dont want to pay full ticket price. We purchased an iPad from them at a great price... it was a great experience and purchase for us... been several months now. Also, the service manager treated us great over a small point of confusion we had. I was very happy with my experience at the Mac Warehouse in Sandy!

Thank you Mac Warehouse. If youre looking for like new and slightly used Apple products a few hundred dollars off the retail price this is the place to go. They also have good warranties and great customer service. I recently purchased a computer from them and when my power cord stopped working they overnighted me a new one. Try and get that kind of customer service from Apple.

I just wanted to give you guys my money and get a new laptop. The sales associate was cold and not much help. I am a photographer and use my laptop for hour during the day, I wanted a quote on my trade in that I bought from you less than a year ago, and apparently that cant be done without keeping my computer.
