In the store, you tell you that you are renting "new" furniture, which is not the case. Also while at the store, I was quoted certain "cash prices", but when the "USED" furniture was delivered, the "cash prices" were about 100% higher. The furniture delivered, two bedroom sets, was scratched all over and had serious signs of wear, and two pieces of furniture had a big gash on the face of a drawer and a dresser was missing a HUGE piece of particle board (what the dresser was made of) and the bottom edge. And, if that wasnt bad enough, one of the dresser drawers appears to have blood stains on the inside. Last but not least, the mattress sets that were delivered were stained and smell bad,...and Rent-A-Center insists that the merchandise is "New". Even on the paperwork that was provided at time of delivery, its states that the furniture is "Used", which is not what I agreed to at the store!!! The employees of Rent-A-Center are full of deceipt and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!! I was promised four days ago that someone would be in contact with me to pick up the furniture as I will not pay "USED" furniture that is visibly in bad condition to begin with. I have yet to hear from anyone at Rent-A-Cent.

These guys are really helpful and always willing to give you the best deal they have. I have a laptop and a phone both from Rent-A-Center that Im almost done paying off. Its nice to be able to have a weekly/bi-weekly payment instead of a large sum payment every month that stresses me out. I find it easier with my weekly payment that its a lot less stressful.
