Yesterday, Nov 17, 2016 we were shopping at this location. While walking in Hardware we found a set of outside lights. It had a clearance sticker on the box. We took it to scan the item and find the price. We found the Department Manager who scanned the box and stated "This is wrong it is not the price." She started to peel the bar code off the box. My wife asked her to get a manager. She left and an Assistant Manager came out. She peeled the price off the box and told us it is not correct and changed the price to a lot higher price. First, per Arizona State Weights and Measures it is against the law. Second, myself and my wife were both managers several years ago with Wal-Mart and know this violates their policy. Third, we recorded the incident and took pictures and called this morning to file a complaint with the State of Arizona. BEWARE when shopping the clearance sections at this store...

Michael the Customer Service Manager is such an uneducated and rude person. I feel ashamed on behalf of Walmart for choosing him to represent the "face" of the company. He finds every single reason to deny a price match from other stores, some are acceptable but most of those reasons are either unreasonable or extremely ignorant. Also, when being asked how come this Walmart has been so freaking tight on price matching as compared to other branches in the Valley, Michael said that theres been so many people trying to take advantage of their policies. And which annoys me a lot is that he directly points out that Im one of these people regardless of the fact that I had all the ads ready when I checked out. Ive recorded this conversation, cant wait to send it to Walmart and see what they can do with Michaels attitude.

Ordered something online that was delivered a week after the date it was supposed to be there. It took over 15 days to arrive at the store. And every time I would call the store to see if it was in, the operator would attempt to transfer me to the online department and it would take them multiple attempts for them to answer if they didnt hang up on me before my call was answered. Once they did answer they were polite. But I would have to say the worst ordering experience I have ever had. As big of a corporation as Walmart is you would think their technology for ordering and tracking items would be more advanced. When I would ask when it would arrive nobody could give me an answer. Im giving Walmart in its entirety one star because this process was inaccurate and unorganized.

Rude ass manager, I wait 15 minutes for someone to cut some fabric for me and no one showed up I walked to the front of store to try to get help and this old lady manager was like I dont know if anyone is here who could help, well that would have been nice to know instead of standing there for 15mins for nothing, she couldnt find a solution only to tell me that not one person can cut a piece of fabric its not that hard I could do it myself. Are you really telling me that not one person can scan the bar code on the fabric and print a price tag?? Will calling store manager in the morning. I shop at this Wal-Mart all time as buy most of my baby formula here and food but I dont think Ill be back after this poor rude customer service I received tonight.

Far better than most Walmarts,Not as crowded and better staffed with knowledgeable people.,the Dobson store is a mess they wont pick up the phone half the time.The lines are shorter here and everyone is helpful. Walmarts should carry tall men clothes,none of their clothes fit me so I have to to JC Penny which has big and tall men clothing at a good price.. The clown at the Dobson Wall Mart phone store couldnt help me with my new phone,so I drove over to the Pima store Cynthia at the Pima store was a PRO she got my phone working within 15 minutes.,she use to work for the phone company so if you have trouble with your new Walmart phone talk to Cynthia she is friendly,courteous and professional.

The employee was very helpful in the gaming department. He heard some noise in the game I wanted to purchase and instantly informed me that theyre may be an issue and that we should check for any damage. We checked it and the disk was loose. He inspected it for any damage and though I would have got a different one. This was their last one remaining. He guerenteed that I would not be dissatisfied with the disk and if I was, they would give me every cent I spent back to me. He was sincere. I believed him and bought my game. One of the best walmarts ive been too and will drive the distance for quality service like this again.

Ever seen Zombieland? This is where they found the extras! Every employee is wandering around in a daze (probably mumbling "brains!!! I need brains!!!"). Nobody can lift anything or help you out to the car. The ONE lady at customer service has to handle a hundred people in line but she needs the manager to key in his code for every transaction and he has to run from the far end of the store every time so the lines never move. PS: Have to agree this place is horrible but what kind of inbred hillbilly buys their wedding cake at Walmart?!!

The mom and pop shops do have a significant number of products not made in USA. I guarantee Wal-Mart can and will hire more people than 100 small mom and pops. If you want to be mad at capitalists then maybe you should move to Canada or some other degenerate country like France or Greece. However if you want to pay more than more power to you. I like my Wally World Just fine! Buying tires at Wal-Mart is silly since Discount tire is such a decent local company; however they carry foreign and domestic tires as well, hehe!

Wow. Just wow. I came in for all new furniture, already had evwrything picked out, all I needed was someone to help me roll everything up front and get it to my truck. Wasnt a soul in sight. Home furnishings, electronics, clothing, sporting goods; no one. I walk around the store for 20 mins trying to find someone to help me. Three people straight up told me No. Correction, one person said they didnt know what a dolly was, the second said they that she couldnt leave her section, and the third person said no.

In the past two weeks have had to go to pickup items I ordered on line, on both occasions, I had to stand for at least 15 mins before anyone turned up to help then another 10 mins while she reached for my package.... today I stood there waiting again for 15 minutes after another assistant called for help, saw the blond woman who was there the week before, chatting with another employee for several minutes and then she wandered over to help me, no apology for keeping me waiting.

Horrible horrible customer service. I went to return a product that is only sold at Walmart that my daughter got for her birthday. I did not have the receipt with me so I told the person to just put it on a gift card. Got all the way to checking out and I get a slip saying that it was rejected. Ok so why? Call the number and they are no better. They tell me "someone will call you in the next 48 hours. Never shop at Walmart they are the worst.
