I dont go to Walmart expecting great customer service... I expect to find what I want and get out of there in a reasonable amount of time... This location failed an all accounts. I try to avoid this Walmart whenever possible, but after getting married this summer My wife and I went in to use some gift cards to purchase a Beats Pill XL (dont regret the purchase... just where we purchased from... particularly with a Best Buy down the sidewalk that has almost always provided good to great service). After three attempts at opening the case the speakers are held in they finally managed to open it and we proceeded to the counter to make our (over $300... same price as Best Buy down the shopping center) purchase. The cashier (Jorge) was new and relatively inexperienced, but gave a solid effort to help us however he could and bears none of the blame I give to that proverbial "crap circus" of a store. Jorge was ringing us up for the purchase and the gift cards wouldnt scan, so he paged a "CSM to electronics".... three separate times over about 10 minutes... before the ray of sunshine (sarcasm laid on as thick as you are willing to interpret it) that is the Assistant Manager Jeanie slugs her way back with a small box in her hand, comes and turns her key (two second process) and we complete stage one of the process. She tells Jorge to do the next card and shell be back in a minute because she has to put the mystery box away. My wife (who works in the service industry) objects to her walking away and Jeanie ignores her and keeps walking. Jorge runs the other card and pages her back to the electronics counter before she hits the back door and she keeps walking. Then over about 10 more minutes pages her again... and again... she finally shows back up and we confront her about walking away her ingenious response "I shouldnt have stopped with that box in the first place so..." shrugs and walks away. We finally finish our transaction (almost 50 minutes after walking into the store) and start to leave. On our way out I run into an employee that had heard all the paging of a CSM and asked us if they took care of us. I (due to her politeness) smiled and thanked her for her concern (not sarcastically at this point) and asked if I could speak to a manager about the way the Assistant Manager had treated us. She says "sure.. thats him and pointed to a man that was walking through the electronics department we had oh so recently escaped. We walk up to him and tell him the story to which we received the response "thats a great purchase you made" to which I quipped "I know... thats why I made it.. thats not what Im talking to you about. Im talking to you about the awful customer service your employee gave us" His reply "I dont know why she would have walked away like that, but she must of had a reason" Me: I dont either why dont you ask her about it. Him: Thats a great speaker you bought. Me (realizing he was of an equal amount of incompetent and defiant and was obviously trying to change the subject of questioning the "crown jewel" of the staff he questionably ran) garnered my response "(loud enough for at least the back half of a very large store to hear) Is it a job requirement to be an incompetent Ass Hat to be a Manager at this store?... he walked into the back and hid without so much as an apology, which is all I wanted in the first place. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this customer service dumpster fire of a location... and possibly the entire corporation if I can do so.

The moment you walk in the doors, the smell of the stale Walmart air hits you with the force of a thousand suns. We all have shared this moment, its implanted into our subconscious. Its nostalgic and comforting. The McDonalds inside of Walmart is top notch. Its got all the style that comes with a state of the art McDonalds. The interior is so modern looking. Its the future of McDonalds stores. And the employees are a breed all their own. I think of them as my second family. The interior of Walmart is so mediocre and familiar, its just a comfort. You know theres no bad surprises with mediocrity! The layout does what it does! It lays out all the items in a pleasing and easy to find manner. I certainly approve! But I generally dont go there for food, how are the toys? Well, the toy isle is always neat and tidy, and the shelves are packed with some of the latest merchandising! I do love this Walmart. You always leave with a nice bundle of assorted goods, and they are always the cheapest! Your wallet doesnt weep at Walmart! I feel dirty going to any other Walmart. This is my Walmart. Why would I go to another? It just doesnt feel right! i say go throw your money here. Its my home away from home. I am here. I am waiting.

I wish there was an option to give NO STARS at all, because this particular Walmart location is THE WORST! I have never experienced such poor customer service, let alone by an "assistant manager". This lady, Jeanie, is not fit to be in a leadership role. She was very unprofessional when dealing with us as well as with the way she was acting in front of customers. My family was breaking into a new outdoor hobby and purchased all of our new outdoor gear at Walmart. Big mistake that was, I plan on returning EVERY bit of these items due to my experience with Jeanie. We bought a large item and added on the extra protection warranty, the SAME DAY that item broke before we could even use it. When we found an item that was similar and the exact same price point she would not do a thing about it. Wouldnt fix the bike, wouldnt let us exchange it for a new one. We definitely got a "tough luck" treatment and were only able to return the item. Now, we will be returning the rest of it too.

I tried to call in asking if they had something I need in electronics. After calling twice no one picked up, then I got transferred to customer service. She told me that she just needed to transfer me back to electronics to try again, she transferred me over to the vision department and the lady there didnt know how to transfer calls. So I hung up and called electronics again myself after I called them twice again it transferred me back to customer service it was the same lady as before I explained what she did and that I just called them again myself but no one answered she then said she would try something else and put me on hold after waiting a little over 5 minutes I just hung up. I tried to call again but she wouldnt answer. I understand people are busy but I had called the night before and had a similar experience which tells me its just them and they have bad customer service. I dont like leaving reviews like this but two days in a row when all I had was a simple question.

WORST ASSISTANT MANAGER EVER!!!!!!! JEANIE is the WORST assistant manager I have ever encountered. I am baffled at her incompetence and inability to grasp basic communication skills. On top of that she was laughing loudly and goofing off with another employee while there is a long line of customers waiting at the customer service counter. Not only did she upset us enough to just completely return our large purchase, we will NEVER shop at this location again. Common sense Jeanie...if a customer makes a large purchase and it breaks the SAME day, do yourself a favor and just listen to them and exchange it for an unbroken product. On a positive note, thank you Michael for really trying to help us exchange the broken product. Im sorry you have to work under such unorganized management, it really shouldnt have been such a difficult transaction.
