One of the very worst places I have ever been treated as a customer. I walked in waited a while. Sat down waited a little more. Walked out to see if anyone was in the adjacent shop no one was there either. Was on my way to my truck to leave when a customer comes out to tell me some one will be with me shortly. I told him I was looking for someone in the window tinting department and walked back in. Waited a little longer until finally the tint tech comes out. I told him what I was interested in having them tint all the glass in a new machine I just purchased which has a enclosed cab. He refused to even come outside to see what i wanted done. I told him look do whatever you need to to with your price to make it worth doing. I also told him it was fine if it took a couple days. I dont want to drag it somewhere else and would really like to have this done. I was completely open to having to pay a higher price for my own convenience. Time is money and I had lots to do this day. He finally walked outside maybe two feet looked across the parking lot without even being close enough to see that the machine was new and more or less completely spotless He kept saying how hard it was to do a good job because of dirt and dust. He refused to give me a price period. If he would of looked at it and checked it out he would of realized that there was no dirt or dust anywhere because it hasnt been in the dirt yet. When you open the cab its easy to see that and the smell of new pours out like walking into a new motorcycle shop. I was also planning on having some audio work done after the glass possibly..... It has every option in it which includes a stereo/satelite radio/mp3 so why not get speakers that sound right.....back up camera at times would be handy too... Completely a total waste of my time and irritating as hell trying talk to people that dont listen and could care less what you need....100% thumbs down experience......

After contacting multiple shops in the valley I received an unbeatable quote on a sub/amp kit from Jam Master Audio. Immediately upon entering the shop I was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable technician. Any question I had was answered respectfully and in terms in which I could understand (I dont have much experience with car audio). Unlike the other places, they didnt try to upsell or pressure me into getting something I had no need for! Which was a huge relief compared to other shops! They went over my options with what I had to work with and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. You really couldnt ask for anything more.. I opted to stay on site and utilize their waiting room. It was very clean and even had a Wireless Access Point, as well as TV! Theres a 7 eleven and a few restaurants within a minutes walk. Their shop was in a very convenient location and had no problem locating it. They finished the job very quick and had me on my way in a little over an hour. The install was very clean and looks way better than I was expecting. Wiring was well insulated and had no profile whatsoever. I cant believe the sound quality they were able to achieve in my truck! I wish I would of known about these guys instead of going through the hassle of the other shops in the valley! Do yourself a MAJOR favor call these guys FIRST, save yourself some time and money!

Worth the Drive!!! Last year I had work done by a car audio company in the area I live. My experience with them was horrible. The work was fine but service was very poor. Quoted one thing and charged me another. I had to fight with them. That said I wanted a new touch screen stereo installed in my Truck. I "googled" Car Audio places and called at least 7 places. "Jam Master" stood out above the rest. First it was the ONLY one I found with a "5 Star" customer rating. That spoke volumes to me. After reading through all the reviews I was definitely leaning their direction. Then the owner Jason called me back and he took the time to explain in great detail the differences between the various options. I could tell from my brief conversation with him that he was extremely experienced & PROFESSIONAL. Although I live in S. Jordan and his shop is in American Fork it felt like a "NO Brainer" to drive the extra distance. Again, 5 STAR rating... Yesterday Jason personally installed my new equipment. My new touch screen stereo is AWESOME!!! Very clean, very professional, worth the extra drive. All my future car audio needs will be done by Jason at Jam Master. Ill refer all my friends and family to him. Thrilled to report that all the reviews I read were dead on!!! The only thing that could be better would be that Jason clone himself and open a store closer. Thanks Jason!!! Mike

Jason is a great guy and good to work with but the service has been terrible. I have had three DVD systems and a screen put in my vehicles over the last 8 years and on all of them the remotes went bad after just a few months. Jason replaced them on the first two systems but after the third one I just quite getting them replaced. The latest system took three trips to Utah County (I live in Salt Lake County) to get right and now I get a high pitched buzzing that matches the RPMs of the engine, the remote hasnt worked for over a year and the entire right channel doesnt work with the DVD system plugged in. If I use the same plug with an MP3 player or phone it works fine so it obviously is the DVD wiring. Also, my passenger windshield pillar trim squeeks on the dash after the install. Jason is a nice guy but TERRIBLE service and equipment, not to mention all of the gas and mileage Ive put on my vehicles going back and forth from Salt Lake County to Utah County to try to get things right. Cant recommend, Ill need to find someplace local to try to fix the mess in my vehicle.

Thought Id stop by after work to try and get some advice on stereo components, I was wrong. Walked in, owner was already working with some customers, okay, no big deal - Ill take a seat and wait. He wraps up with the other two people, asks me what I want. Me: "Yes, Im looking for some advice on parts that I need for my setup - Ive already got this this and this, but Im not sure what else I need" Him: "Are you having us install it?" Me: "No, but I do need to know exactly what Im looking for" Him: "Im not going to give you free advice if Im not doing the work, youre wasting my time, and my lunch is cold". Shocked, I tell him to enjoy his lunch and leave. If youre looking for customer service from people that actually tell you that youre wasting their time, this is the place to go. Unless youre planning on spending every dollar you have in your stereo budget just so theyll even talk to you, avoid this store.
