A little bit of my experience here. I took my iphone 5s here that had a cracked screen and was in and out in about an hour. Paid about 80$ with tax..better than replacing my phone :) Unfortunately (as fishy as it may sound) my screen cracked while I was laying down on the couch checking email....The next day I called Sara and explained what had happened and she took my word for it and said I was a trustworthy person and to bring my phone back to fix free of charge. This to me is 100% customer service. If I could give a 6th star for this review I definitely would. Thank you to the team at Experimac!! Definitely recommending your business to everyone of my friends that need screen repair. -Hank

My external hard drive failed and my iMac memory was LONG over due. I called not even sure if they could help me with my external hard drive. I spoke with Matt. He was SUPER helpful. I asked him a TON of pricing questions and options for my iMac to get the performance I needed for all the Design work I do. He was able to help me with the hard drive and told me a connector I could get on amazon for 20$ so I could retrieve my data. Next time I will call them first before spending 6 hours trying to solve the problem on my own. My iMac is running like a CHAMP... THANK YOU.... A HUGE IMPROVEMENT!
