Still waiting on gift card from last June when I started Direct TV thru Greenfield branch and have had nothing but runaround with them. Staff all admitted I was to get it but Manager Matthew didnt do his job so the day before he left that store to work somewhere else. He gave me a scribbled paper saying something about my not getting my promised gift card at closing and phone number. Did exactly what he said and nothing is happening. The staff are all screw ups.. even charged me ridiculous charge to get Direct TV when they shouldnt have. This place has been such liars . I have talked to staff at store several times and they just stand there. Even talked to people at Direct tv itself and dont get anywhere with them either so contacting BBB as well as corporate. They should have fired staff in store that deals with Direct TV.

We had previously visited another location and had a terrible experience with the Reps. THANKFULLY, this location was amazing!! Sheena greeted us with a smile and made the process of getting checked in a breeze..... after that Shay did a great job transferring an old account over to a new one for just us and applying my work discount applied to my account that Ive been trying to do for the past week!!!! He was informative and patient as we (Mostly me) had a lot of Questions... Thank you BOTH!! Definitely will be back. :)

Clint was very kind and helpful. My rating more reflects the store in general. With the busy time of year, I would expect more than 4 employees to be working in the evening. Everytime I went into the store there was at least an hour wait. This wasnt a slight on the employees but more the managing. Its outrageous to be waiting an hour to be helped. I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes.

I am a very satisfied Verizon customer but am planning to open up an account with AT&T just to get the Samsung Gear 3 smart watch. I have called this location several times a day for 4 days and no one ever answered. Pretty poor service for a "leading" phone company. I had the same problem with an AT&T authorized store... Lots of rings but no answer.

We bought out Galaxy 7 phones April 3, 2016. Because of mishandled paperwork at this office, as of this date, almost 6months later, I have not received our moneys from A T&T to switch from Verizon. Bad experience. Verizon collected from us 390.00 and as yet no money.
