painfully uncool

Selection is better than Frys, not as specialized as AJs. Prices are same or a little higher than Frys sometimes but if you dont mind, go here always for everything. They have a great seasonal gift area, beautiful floral, tidy and fresh produce, great meat selection and staff, small pharmacy with enclosed waiting area, good frozen variety for size, very good dairy selection, decadent bakery, wine dept as big as the bakery, deli with olive bar, Alexs :) Starbucks, bank and accommodating customer service. They ALWAYS have great deals and usually is not crowded. The manager seems to be present on the floor a lot too. Two thumbs up.

I guess I interrupted play time and was treated bad because of it. Not very nice. Dominique my cashier was rude and made my experience at Safeway not so nice. The store is clean and most standards are what you would expect from Safeway. You know that uncomfortable feeling you get from someone and your the one who breaks the ice with a good morning and may I add ice to my order and today. I could use a stamp. My best suggestion is just look for a cashier that smiles and is attentive and a front end supervisor maybe.

Christmas Day 2016. This Safeway is CLOSED. Looking for last minute baking supplies and Christmas gifts. Google says their Christmas hours are 8am to 5pm. Google also says theyre OPEN NOW. Ive been sitting in the parking lot 20 minutes looking for another store. In that time, Ive seen at least 25 cars drive by the doors wanting to do last minute shopping like me. Its too bad people are wasting their time here. I have better things to do today, but hopefully this review helps someone else on their way to this store today.

It was very clean is the only reason it got 3 stars. Other than that I walked around the store for about 45 mins I passed several managers and the only employees that spoke were the ladies in the deli. Even when I checked out the guy didnt even ask if I had a Safeway card he just start ringing me up. The prices were higher than other local grocery stores the only reason I purchased anything was because they has a lot of 50% off older items.

I am so surprised by the poor customer service at this safeway location. After messing up my bill by over $20 the clerk said she couldnt fix it and sent me to customer service. This of course was not a pleasant experience with customer service as they grilled us on why the bill was wrong and made it seem as if it were our fault. Poor servie

I went to the floral department for mothers day and to send some flowers to a friend and recieved excelent help both times. The manager Christopher even dilevered my flowers when thats not something offered by safeway and he did it for no charge, just to be nice. There are some great people working here!

Nice store very clean plenty of merchandise to choose from and organic food but it would always be nice to have an extra person up there to handle the cash register when you get a little bit of a crowd

Every thing is more expensive. Not by like a few cents. But a few bucks. Cashiers speak like they dont want to be there. Normally only come here for the SRP. Not really a place I would do my shopping.

Always, always check your receipt! I usually have things that didnt ring up correctly and then the cx service acts like they are doing me a favor by refunding the diff.

I enjoy going to this store. The people working here are always helpful and nice. The site is also already clean and quite. One of my favorite locations.
