It was our first experience purchasing major appliances from JcPenney and it was one well NEVER do again! We were promised a delivery date and then they never called us for that delivery and never returned our phone calls for the delivery. We finally decided to contact the store and we were told they had the wrong number after we had repeatedly given them the correct number. The store then attempted to contact the delivery company and once again we were promised another delivery date and again NOTHING, they had the wrong number. Were now on our 3rd attempt to a delivery. If it doesnt happen this time were canceling all together. On top of that someone at the store stole our credit card numbers and bought merchandise from the store. Good luck if you buy appliances from them.

I came in to pick up an online order. I go to the area specifically for picking them up and there are 2 people helping one customer. I am ignored for the first 4 minutes while one employee looks up items and the other STANDS THERE doing nothing. When she finally acknowledges me, she asks if Im there to pick up an online order. I respond and say that I am. She immediately goes back to ignoring me for 6 more minutes. So I left. I didnt get the item I had already paid for because of lazy, pathetic customer service.

The store is clean and it has a great selection. However, poor customer service. The line was very, very long. It appears all transactions are done in the same area which slows the process. Returns and credit card applications should not be done at the same register as purchases. The store needs to refine its system. Also there were open registers at the time but they were not used. I like this store but service needs to be re-evaluated and improved.

I happen to buy a washer at JcPenny which was installed this morning ! The Salesman richard, in the appliances department was super awesome! i got great discount compared to other major appliance stores!!! Before settling at jcpenny i had visited 4 major appliance stores! The prices were not near to what I paid! I would definitely recommend Richard and his supervisor Dave to all my friends!

Ill go ahead and say this location is pretty standard for JCPenneys - decent selection, clean store, decent, sometimes too high prices, sweet cashiers, nice atmosphere... I myself am not too much of a fan of JCPenneys in general but I do think this location has better clearance selections than most, so Ill go ahead & rate it Good across the board.

Not really happy. Had an order delivered to store and when I went to pick up gave me wrong order. Almost like stockroom guy knew something was wrong because he told me if anything was wrong I could bring it back. Only 2 cashiers today and the line just to get order corrected took 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes waiting for order from back.

Selection of mens regular fit shirts is terrible. Only very boring colors available. Pants...unless you are slim then forget about shopping for dress pants here. Ever since the concept of getting rid of sale prices a few years ago the brand has been less of the Go To clothing place and more of the Dont Waste Your Time clothing place.

The photographer was awesome. But I could not believe how we where followed through out the store and out the store like we stole something after spending well over $350.00 on pictures! I will only visit here for the portrait studio but I will never buy anything out of this store. Apparently our money is not good enough.

The only reason I go to this JCP is for the Sephora inside. They have good service, but obviously not as wide of a selection as Sephora at Chandler mall. Its nice to have one close by, but definitely call before you go to check if they have he makeup youre looking for.

There was hardly any employees anywhere. There were clothes, hangers, shoes, etc all over the floors and walk ways. I tripped over so much stuff, I gave up looking for anything. Being pregnant, the risk of falling was not worth anything in that store. I wont be back.

This experience made me want to want to die. We had about 2 people checking us out who did not know what they where doing. It took longer to check out than to try on multiple pairs of pants and shirts. Come here if you want to be frustrated and annoyed.

Agree with other reviews here. Great place and clean, but the staff cant find the inventory and never come back to us. We were waiting for a long time and realize that staff took off for smoking break. Dont come here at holiday, parking is hassale.

Dont waste your time and money!! The store is a mess!! The items were very poor quality!! Save your money and go to Macys/Dillards... Customer service horrible!! Waited in line for 50 minutes for a easy return!! Just dont go...AWFUL!!!

Great JCPenny location. Large store size, lots of merchandise available. Stocked nice and neat, the store is kept clean. This location does have a salon and a Sephora. I would drive the extra distance to shop at this location.

They have a pretty good collection of shirts and trousers for men. The price is also amazing for a few clearance items. I got a pair of leather shoes on clearance for $19.99. Definitely a good place to check out.

Location is okay, kind of small. Major complaint is the centralized check out stand. Cashiers over push their store debt card to an annoying point. Almost like you need to say no 5 times before they stop asking.

The workers are like car sales people they come up to like if you need help even through your in their just wanting to browse around. Plus they arent going out of business when prices are still the same.

I love Jc Penny, but this specific location doesnt have as much merchandise as the location inside the Superstition Springs Mall and their customer service is not the best!

The store hours is not updated for Sunday properly. In google local search it says 8 and after driving 4 miles you get to know it closes at 6
