This is a great store to visit! Used to be a Radioshack/Sprint combo, but now its a dedicated Sprint corporate-owned location! Nice to have a store in North Orem finally. The manager there was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though the store seems to be under renovation, she was willing to put aside her other tasks and helped me quickly. Great first experience in this new store. Give them a try!

The team lead that was on duty at 5:30pm on Monday February 13th, 2017 at the American Fork location was incredibly rude to both my husband and I. He seemed to not have a clue what he was doing and seemed very annoyed when we asked questions. I wouldnt want someone like that representing my company. Taking my business elsewhere Sprint.

NEW SPRINT STORE REVIEW: I have never gotten such good customer service. Since its a newer location, not many people know about it and the staff was able to spend time with my husband and I and find the best plan for us. I will continue to come to this location.

Called the store and said I was on my way over. I was 3 minutes away close to closing. Saw them exit the store from the locked front window. Poor customer service.
