Went in for the cut your rate plan in half promotion, got something entirely different and more expensive. I spent a lot of time evaluating the plan and sprint service, downloading my bill, calling sprint to ask questions, etc... My family is trying to cut cost, and I was leaving At&t (which I was with them for 7 yrs and zero problems), for which I knew would be inferior service, and product. But we where willing to accept that to save a few dollars. I have been with them for four months now and have to call and get my bill corrected every month, otherwise it is almost twice as much as At&t was. The last call I made on Sunday 08/30/15, the lady on the phone said the promotion I thought I was getting was not what the store set me up with, she know because she sees them. I had something different and twice as expensive. I spoke with the store manager multiple times and he said hed correct but all he does is discount the current bill, which doesnt help me next month. The last time I left the message for the manager and emailed him, he chose not to reply or call. The little Asian girl that helped me was pushy, loud, and rude. I just want what you advertised thats all. I will be contacting the BBB. There cell phone reception, and data are horrible as well, which makes it more frustrating.

Whenever I go into this location, I never recognize any of the staff. Yet despite having so many new employees there, I have never had a good experience at this location. Not only is the service slow, the employees make snide remarks over everything-- the plan you have, the phone you buy, products you want to buy, the questions you have... Anything you bring up seems to merit an unnecessary comment. I have been with Sprint for over 6 years now and this will likely be the last contract I make with them, for a multitude of reasons. The service was awful and I suggest finding a different location.

Like an idiot I went back to this store This store screwed me over, I brought in my wireless card to get replaced and they said it had personal "damage", took it to another sprint store, the product was faulty BUT couldnt replace it because this store FLAGGED my account so that no one else could replace it. Its annoying that they did that when I didnt do anything to "BREAK" the stupid thing and they wanted to me to submit a claim and pay for it... I think NOT, I cancelled that service same day.

I have been with sprint since 1998. The past few years sprint has gone down hill. Go into the store they tell us one thing. We call in to corporate. They tell us something different. We go beck into the store tell to someone else. Different story. When you call corporate you are calling a different country. They dont know good English. For 2 questions it took. A hour on hold and another hour trying to explain it to her. I would go to Verizon. They help you fast and they are supper nice.

The absolute worst customer service!!! Sprints management would be embarrassed at their employees unprofessional behavior. Every question I had they could not answer. Provided a "can" answer as if I was calling a VRU Another customer ask for a manager, the sales associates joked " we have no manager but they trust us with the keys". Based on this experience Ill be shopping for a new carrier.

The manager Ruben is the worse manager at any store I have ever been to. Leaves an already short handed store to drive to another store to pick up a phone for a person who was still going to have to wait for 2 hours for transfer of here data. I will never go back to this store and corporate needs to reconsider their decision in making incompetent people managers.

Horrible network coverage, Bad customer care service, Buy sprint if you want to west your money. Bought 2 LG G6 and had been given told by their sprint store customer rep. that if I will buy 2 LG G6 then I will be eligible to get Samsung J3 free with third line. It was a joke and still i am paying money for that Samsung J3.

Do not go here if value customer service because these people feel the need to ask stupid questions and get in your bussiness that has nothing to do with your phone. Their telling their opinion when not needed I dont think you need to know when or why or where I need my phone.. thanks..

Very rude ! I hate this Sprint store. Go to the one on Alma School by a taco bell and Arbys. They ARE THE BEST HELP EVER. Not to many different people so you can usually get your favorite person.
